Summary:
1) I like Henry and his team because the service fee is negotiable. The simpler you make his life by providing more information, the more he is willing to go lighter on the fees. I compared his accounting fees with other accountants, and his is one of the lowest.
2) You came here because his team has over 15 years of experience and it'd make your life easier with the IRS if anything comes up.
3) He is very knowledgeable and sits down with you to go through every deduction you can do. He helped out my family and friend, who is not knowledgeable about the tax process, a lot back in refund. If you give him the respect like you would to any other person, give him the time and information he needs, he'll be a nice guy and help you. Otherwise, don't get mad at him like some customers if you don't know much, because his temperament will not handle your doo-doo.
4) He's open on weekends till 6:30PM, which is great if you work late on weekdays.
5) Easy to contact and rarely not pick up the phone.
Our minor issue is he can become very impatient and I had arguments with him over filing pricing, but that's just the nature of the business. He'll ask for more if the process gets more complicated and that's a no-brainer for any service, so be prepared for that. If you know the art of the deal, then you should be fine.
Key Tip: From my experience, do your homework and get it organized out. From the customers I saw, I empathize with accountants because a lot of people (not all) expect them know every detail of your life, business, and what's your cash flow like. Bring everything to the table and let them figure it out. Henry will sift through and do his best see what can deduct or not, but he won't add it in if you don't know.
If you don't know, ask him first over the phone, which he will kindly tell you before you come over.

The entrance is between two stores and it's a small flight of stairs. At first glance you won't find out unless you see the sign next to the stairs. You walk up the stairs and it's the first office on your right.
I would recommend calling him first to set up an appointment or ask any initial questions so you don't have to wait in line for him since it can become an hour wait during tax season. Henry is pretty good at picking up and helping out, but he's a one-man show at office, so he usually asks for the convo to be short. However, there's no consultation fee charged for that so why not?
From my experience, it's best you go to any free service like Turbotax or HR Block to write up a draft. If your tax return is very simple and matter of typing numbers off another form, then you won't need to come here in the first place and file the form online. Also, the more organized you are, the less you will be charged since it's less work. You just want there also so he can vouch for your form and make it easier for the IRS anyways.
However, if you have more complicated additions (non-resident, businesses, real estate etc.) and would like to write them off, then you should come here. Keep all your receipts if you are self-employed.
