My car has been smelling like mildew for a so long and I have not been able to figure out why, I had no idea. I just flipped my mat around to see and they put cleaner on the back side. The vacuum marks are still on my trunk so they did clean my trunk, but the inner side of the mat has mold. I will have to get this professionally cleaned now. Do not go here. Bad cleaners, seems to be no professional cleaning tactics taught. They probably hire just anyone.

At the request of Detail Solutions, the truck was not washed at the dealer, nor by myself. They did an excellent job with the ceramic coating, from what I can tell so far, but what they failed to tell me was that there is a bubble (not sure of it is cracked or not) in the paint on the roof. 4 days after I picked up my truck, I was cleaning my sunroof when I noticed it. When I contacted them to inquire about the bubble, I was told that they didn't notice the bubble & that it "sucks" that I have to take it back to my dealer as they don't fix this kind of issue. I was also asked "Didn't you look over the truck before you bought it". Well yes I did but I didn't crawl up on the roof. And if I would have washed it or had it washed at the dealer, it would have been noticed. I'm assuming Detailing Solutions would have noticed it with washing & the tedious work of putting on the ceramic coating. I guess that's what I get for "assuming". This is a "detail" shop, how do you not notice something like this? Especially when someone is paying $$$$ dollars for ceramic coating. I'm not upset that they didn't fix it, I'm upset that they didn't notice it before they applied the ceramic coat. I would not recommend this shop.
