Scheduled arrival 2pm-4pm on 08/31/2026. Two weeks beforehand, I called twice and texted twice to call me at least 30 prior as I had to move furniture out of the way. You arrived very early without calling. You arrived at 1:10 instead of 2pm-4pm window and you never called. You never called, but instead you just showed up, and you showed up 50 minutes early. Arrival 1:10pm, appointment was 2pm-4pm. I had to scramble to move a rented recliner out of the way. Your guy asked if he could move it instead of me I am over 70). I said sure you can move it. He moved my Rent-A-Center recliner but he ripped its new furniture tags. Cost me as Rent-A-Center wanted it returned in "new" condition. Why did you hold it in your warehouse for 26 days. It arrived on Tampa on 08/05/2026, but you held it in your warehouse for 26 days because you didn't deliver it until 08/31/2026. And I called you twice asking to get it delivered sooner than 26 day delay. But you said you only deliver once a month. read more

The assembly was flawless, and they even took the time to figure out how to level it on my uneven basement floor, which I know was some extra work that went above and beyond. I am super grateful for it. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of the property, and even explained to me how to use a couple of features on the equipment. We ordered a sideboard from Article, and it was delivered to Diverse Logistics the day after we ordered it. That was amazing! Only, it sat in their warehouse for nearly three weeks while they whined about us living so far away -- one county over, down a major state highway -- that they couldn't be bothered to actually deliver it to us. We had to upgrade our delivery to white glove service to actually get any kind of response from Diverse Logistics. A couple days ago when they finally called to set up the delivery window, I was on hold for 35 minutes while the person on the phone kept ducking out to 'coordinate the window.' They were an hour late today and then texted me 13 minutes out to say they were close. What a joke -- my cat could provide better logistics than these folks. The upside: the team who actually delivered and assembled our furniture were terrific. Too bad they work for such a lazy, inept company. read more

Failed delivery and no re-attempt (we were at the delivery location). They explicitly told us over the phone they will not give us an ETA on a delivery date. Now sending us emails about additional storage costs. They failed to delivery our furniture on the day they were supposed to. They drove right past our location to the next delivery. Called them several times over the next few days and they said they don't know when they will be delivering it. They are also charging storage fees. We were at the delivery location the entire time. Over a week later and they have made no attempt to update us on any information. Over the phone they said they can't tell us when we can expect it. Now also charging storage fees. read more
