Read the Yelp reviews and knew that I needed to try this place. This establishment is a hidden gem and offers a unique fish spread that has large pieces of fish. I enjoyed it and welcome others to give it a try!

We stopped here last time we were in st Ignace and couldn't wait to come backto this little hidden gem. Their spreads are all delightful. Not heavily smoked. We tried the smoked fish chunks and they were so good. This time we only got one spread with crackers.

Thank you Massey Fish company for marketimg and distribution of your products in many areas for us consumers. I tried whitefish dip many years ago from the Mackinac area and am a fan. Downstate it doesn't taste as good. This trip, I wasn't going to the island so I couldn't go to Doud's market, I was on the hunt for it. I looked in a few places and got nothing until I stopped at the Trout Lake IGA for a restroom stop and another product and luckily came across your products. I bought two whitefish dips, one salmon and one lake trout with the latter two being new flavors. The lake trout dip is so good and am excited to be stocked up. I live 5 hrs downstate and don't venture up north past October due to the cold and weather. It will be a little reminder of this trip and the wonderful resources the Great Lakes truly are

Great little fish place that we found! We loved it on our trip up north! They were helpful and friendly! We got the pate and the rattle bites. They were both amazing! I loved the bite sized smoked fish! The pate was heavenly! We had crackers and it was delicious!!! It didn't make it 24 hours lol! Overall, a great experience and when we go back up north, we will go there again!!! read more

tucked back off the main road, don't let that deter you! small retail store filled with fresh and frozen, locally caught Salmon, Lake Trout, Walleye and (our favorite) Whitefish. We bought 10lbs of frozen White fish to take home. Awesome price and fresher than anything we can buy back home. We bought some smoked whitefish dip (and a sleeve of crackers because they thought of everything) and sat at the Kiwanis Park in town and had it for lunch while we enjoyed the lakeshore views. Family owned and operated. We'll definitely make Massey's a regular stop when we're passing through St. Ignace! read more

Don't leave the UP without stopping here. During our week we enjoyed grilling and baking the fresh walleye and whitefish filets....best ever! Staff is most helpful and friendly. Don't forget to pick up a variety of smoked fish bites and fish pates.. to snack on while you are preparing your fish feast --- amazing flavor! I plan to order frozen when it is available in the cooler months. read more

Stopped on the way home from Canada. Saw the sign on the road in construction and had to turn around. I am not a smoked fish or pate fan. Hubby is and he loved the salmon pate. Said it was the best he had every had. He got some smoked salmon. I got 4 whitefish frozen fillets. Just had two of the fillets for dinner last night. Delicious! Will definitely stop on our next trip. read more

If you're anywhere near St. Ignace, do yourself a favor and stop by Masseys Fish Company. The smoked fish and pate here are nothing short of extraordinary--seriously, the taste is unreal! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with the warmest hospitality. The lady who makes the pate was incredibly kind, taking the time to let us sample every variety so we could choose our favorites. When my husband initially declined to try them, she gently encouraged him, saying, "How will you know what you like if you've never had it before?"--and she was right! Every bite was better than the last. The service was absolutely top-notch, making the whole experience even more special.
