Karl was extremely pleasant, quickly gave me the estimate, and talked to me like I was an important client. The insurance tried to tell him that they had found the part I needed, the back lift door, and he advised them the one they had picked was not insurance worthy, basically, it was a piece of garbage. He already had found the part and the insurance agreed to use the one Karl had located. Karl had the car done one day early, and the work looks amazing. You can't tell there was any damage. He (they) did a fabulous job, I would highly recommend Brothers!!

Most recently he thought he could repair the fender on my CRV but once he got in there he realized that a fender replacement was the better solution. While I wasn't crazy about the extra $ since I was paying out of pocket, I appreciated his explanation of why this was a better solution considering my car is only 3 years old. I hope I don't need collision repairs in the future, but if I do I won't hesitate taking my car back to Brothers Auto Collision.

Took it back they took off a major area they missed but up front same scratches that had where they"Faded the paint and buffed would not still be there. Scratches that were not caused by the accident but we knew were there. THEY ARE STILL THERE ON THE FRONT PANEL BY THE DOOR! THEY NEVER removed the bumper or headlight in the front. Same in the back. They charged for it. They charged HUNDREDS to remove bumpers and lights never touched. Paint and time never used. Estimated buffing the Wheel the older lady hit. Didn't do that either. Trim they took off coming off the car. This fix should have cost half. Didn't paint or buff past the doors. Charged! Didn't remove lights or bumpers. Charged ! Didn't Buff Wheel. Charged Trim coming off. Stop ripping people off.

"Caveat Emptor" Went to Fix-It with Fred for a needed oil change and the air conditioner was…read moreblowing warm air. Dropped the car off told them the problems and mentioned, when braking, the car pulled a little to the left. Later they called with a diagnostic fee which seemed a little high but wanted it fixed. Someone called back the next day told me they had changed the oil and recharged the air conditioning and found leaks at both Schrader valves which they replaced (part of the diagnostic fee I imagine) and I needed $2000 worth of brake work, (front pads and rotors, rear shoes and drums, front calipers, BG brake system service). My response was, "that is a third of what the car was worth, put it back together and the car will be picked up. A total of $2875.81 of work and parts were declined by me. " Just to be on the safe side, two weeks later the same vehicle was taken to another auto repair shop to have the brakes checked, their receipt says "Inspect brakes, approximately 50% -OK". The brakes are working fine. There is probably a large gap as to what is needed for vehicle repairs and what the manufacturers suggests and how much money you have.
