2.5 stars Pros:…read moreclean, prompt, and (sort of) inexpensive Cons: inconsistent and asymmetrical massage- language barrier doesn't help with this-, shorter than 1 hour, not sensitive to requests for more pressure, was answering text messages on her phone which was vibrating ON THE MASSAGE BED, was often inattentive and on auto-pilot. Like many "spa" parlors like this, the quality of your service will depend on the masseuse you get and how things are going that day. So you might get a spectacular massage even though I had a less than satisfactory experience. A bit of the roll of the dice, really. Which in and of itself is a good reason to give this place 2.5 stars.

Once again made an appointment to see the ever elusive Lucy. But, this time, I really didn't care…read moreif I saw her or not. The one I wanted to see is Jennifer. And, wouldn't you know it, making an appointment to see Lucy was to guarantee Jennifer would be waiting for me. Wouldn't you know it, I arrive and who is waiting for me at the bottom of the stairs? Jennifer. Due to the stiffness in my back and the tightness of my leg muscles, I had a real difficult time negotiating the stairs. As I was making my way down the stairs, I made a mental note to self to make sure Jennifer spent extra time on my calf, thigh and back muscles followed by some mild stretching to make sure my muscles were relaxed enough to climb back up those formidable stairs once the massage was over. Once Jennifer began, the tightness slowly ebbed as she worked out knot after knot until my entire body felt renewed and rejuvenated. For a while, I was going to make seeing Lucy my quest. But with Jennifer there I could care less if I ever see Lucy. This time around, Jennifer gets 5 stars.

She's kind,…read moreprofessional, friendly, and takes the time to find out before each session where you might need extra work or what to avoid/what hurts. I have recommended her to several friends in the area and highly recommend her here as well! The space she works in is also super comfortable and relaxing, feels open and spacious. It's always very clean, and the atmosphere can be adjusted (she always asks about if I need a blanket or heating pad underneath, fan on/off, etc) I come every 4 to 6 weeks and wish it could be more often :)

They made us fill out a form for covid related info and then we were taken into the room. We did a couples massage but for covid reasons we were not in the same room - not a big deal. The room was warm and the beds were heated. From the beginning my massage therapist was attentive and paid attention to all of the problem areas. She was thorough and I felt amazing afterwards.
