I was initially skeptical of the strip mall location but was in dire need of a massage! I found the entry way welcoming and beautifully fragrant. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and did their best to accommodate my walk-in massage request. Unfortunately, they were unable to and I had to return about an hour later. I was experiencing severe neck and shoulder pain, so I was happy to return for a same day appointment. When I returned I was directed to the waiting room in the back area and offered tea or water. Zen music played at the perfect volume. This area was in the same hallway as the massage rooms and it felt like I was in a real deal massage place, not a strip mall location. The massage was one of the best I've had! Veronica asked beforehand what I was mostly concerned with and what type of pressure I prefer. She also checked in during the massage to ensure the table and pressure were both okay. Everyone was professional and helpful. I would love to frequent this place but do not live in the area. I would highly recommend Veronica! I would have given 5 stars but did hear other patrons talking which was a little distracting.

When I first started with them, the massages were responsibly priced but now, they are very pricey…read more I guess that's inflation and the cost of the products they sell which I don't buy because of skin sensitivity passed on to the customers. Anyway, they have a couple of really good masseuses that I would wait to get because they applied the right amount of pressure and they would remember what areas of my body needed the most work. The owners wife works there and I'm sorry, but she's not that great. If you want a super soft rub down, she's your girl, but if you want or need pressure, don't let him stick you with her because he does some of the scheduling too when they are busy. As far as the place, it's tranquil and very nice. The masseuses wait for you in the hallway and greet you with a cup of cold water and ask you how are you feeling which is nice because I've been to places where they have a water machine and you're on your own. If I had anything thing bad to say, it would be that you don't get your full hour of massage time. The start from the time you walk in the room and they are asking you questions about what areas would you like them to concentrate on and then you change clothes but your hour has already start so that's about 15 minutes gone. I always wear clothes that I can get off quickly and the masseuses I try to get already know what's going on with me so our conversation is very brief. An hour should be an hour from the time they touch your body not from when you walk in the room.

Words can't express the relief I feel right now. Yesterday I woke up with a stiff neck and whenever…read moreI moved a certain way I would get a muscle spasm. To the point where my whole body just tense up and freezes because of the pain. I was desperate to find a legit massage place or appointment that specializes in muscle release tension and not just rubbing my body with no rhythm. But the good ones were all unavailable for same day appointments. I found Marcela on Yelp and she responded to my inquiry right away and had availability same day. We exchanged contact information and she came to my home at 6pm for a 60min Deep Massage. Experience I am beyond happy with my experience, I requested to be focused on my upper back with the primary focus on my neck and shoulder. Marcela found the adhesion on my shoulder and worked it out as much as she can. At the same time she was loosening up the surrounding muscles since they were tensed. The whole time she would ask if the pressure was ok, and it was perfect. I felt so much relief from her massage, that when it was time to turnover (I was afraid because I was pre-empting the muscle spasm) I didn't feel any spasm and I knew right then that she practically healed me. She continued to focus on my neck and shoulder being careful not to cause anymore pain and would ask me to move my head to the left and right so she can massage (which I appreciated because I didn't want her to turn my head for me). Next Day As I write this the next morning, my neck and shoulder feels so much better. It's sore but not spasming out like it was all day yesterday until Marcela came over. Words can't express the relief I feel from yesterday. Chronic pain can really mess with one's mental health and yesterday I was not in the best place until Marcela came over. I exercise regularly (at least 5x/week with cardio and weight lifting), eat healthy, and stretch every morning and evening for at least 20-30min. I do my best to maintain a healthy lifestyle. From now on, I'll be adding massage therapy every other week to help lessen injuries and buildup of adhesion in my muscles. Marcela will definitely be on my contact list as part of my overall health journey. I highly recommend Marcela, her flexibility to meet you in the comfort of your home makes it that much more convenient especially if you are injured and getting dressed up isn't an option because of your lack of mobility.
