Today they had an issue with the air conditioning, but I just wanted to say I was very impressed by how the team pulled through for an excellent visit regardless. The front desk staff were very kind, energetic, and apologetic about the heat and still did what they could to make it cooler (fixing the blinds, offering water). The person who did my massage: Jennifer, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to still make me feel comfortable. She put an ice pack on my neck and it felt amazing. I ended my membership for financial reasons, location and not ever being able to get a time of appointment I needed You need to really book in advance here. I joined this spa when I lived in the area and after moving, it just did not make sense. Massages were just always okay. I love this place! Everyone is so professional and its spotless! They also have these massage tables that can accommodate your head, neck, and chest. I have been going for massages for all of my life. I have gone to many different places but Massage heights in Morristown was the best massage I have every had. I had Maggie as my masseuse and she was unbelievable. Just the right amount of pressure and she really knows what she is doing. I'm not much of a self-pamper person, but we did a spa day for a wedding and I LOVED it. The massage therapist was not messing around; he (Pete, I think?) was pretty powerful and found all kinds of spots to work on without ever being painful. He also chatted just enough to make me put me at ease and allowed all the quiet relaxing moments for me to focus on my breathing. The part that really surprised me was the hydrofacial. Definitely not something I would have ever thought I'd enjoy but, my face has never felt like that before. I'm a man in my 50's, I pretty much just wash my face and leave the house but I spent a good deal of the wedding making my friends feel my face "Feel this. I'm dewy." I'm starting with the biggest con because it was very surprising. My esthetician today was unvaccinated, and my massage therapist refused to disclose her vaccination status. I had assumed that given the close nature of contact during services that staff would be required to be vaccinated for their safety and customer safety (and business viability!). Although staff were masked, knowing that they weren't vaccinated definitely unnerved me during what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. Pros: very accommodating and understanding front desk staff. Conveniently located with close parking. Nice facilities. The services were OK for me. Definitely weren't good enough to justify the unvaccinated risk. read more

Bought the Groupon for the facial. I live in town and go somewhere else for massages. Pass by all the time and figured it was a good way to try them out. My facial with Jen was amazing. Probably one of the better ones I had gotten. I was so relaxed and my skin felt and looked great after. I don't usually get facials often in the summer, more so in the winter so would be interested in coming back then. I've gone to many other massage places but this place feels the most relaxing! I've read the poor reviews but to be honest, I always try to be early to any appointment whether it's a massage or a hair appointment.. it wouldn't be fair to make the rest of the day run late for one group. Myself and my boyfriend have been members for almost two years now. As for the other poor review about the uneven masseuse, I truly believe you have to find your particular masseuse who listens to your body and works well with you! It took me many appointments and I finally found two that I see regularly! I had a 4:00pm appointment for a 90 minute massage. I arrived a bit early to fill out the paperwork. I was immediately impressed because the lobby and waiting area of the spa is very nice. It has comfortable, contemporary furniture and decor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The massage was one of the best I have ever had. The only one that was as good was Canyon Ranch in Las Vegas. My massage therapist started with some aromatherapy, which was very relaxing. The massage itself was excellent. The therapist was able to find and work out a few knots I had in my upper back that I did not realize were there. I felt amazing after this massage. I highly recommend Massage Heights! read more

My husband and I had two excellent experiences here, so we opted for the membership today. Everything about Massage Heights is relaxing. The lobby area is warm and inviting. The employees are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the tables are comfortable. I chose the lemongrass aromatherapy today and told the therapist that I have been battling RA in my hands and feet. What an marvelous experience! I recently went to Massage Heights for a Hot Stone massage and facial. Where do I begin? When you check in you are given a choice of 5 different aroma therapy blends to enjoy during the massage - the oils are infused into the massage oil. I chose the rejuvenating blend. The therapist sprayed a mist onto the sheets before the massage began. Oh, and the sheets! They are of such a wonderful weave - very soft. The table - HEATED! The face rest was adjustable in and out as well as up and down. It was so comfortable. I also noticed how quiet the room was - I did not hear outside noise at all. Kiara, my therapist, deftly worked on my kinks and knots with a combination of hot stone and her hands. I was especially appreciative of the time she spent on my feet. Pure heaven. Jennifer then performed a facial. I had never had one before so I don't have a good frame of reference but it was so relaxing and my skin still feels wonderful - days later. I went for two introductory specials: a massage and a facial. Pete was my massage therapist and was absolutely fantastic. He asked me the type of pressure I prefer. I tend to hold stress in my upper back and neck. He cleared knots in muscles I didn't even know I had. I felt so nurtured I did not want it to end. Will be joining on my next visit. I also went for an introductory facial (my very first facial at age 53!). Edit spent time with me, discussing my current skin care regime, what I felt were problem areas, etc. She went to work her magic. The facial also included a head and neck massage that was one of the best massages I've ever had. She gave me some tips that I am continuing to use. Massages are decent and people are really nice, but a different issue comes up every time I go which is extra annoying since this is supposed to be a relaxing experience. I was gifted a multi month membership for massages and my first time there was told I could use them whenever I wanted because they were paid in full. The next time I tried to book I was told that no, I need to use one service a month. So i tried to book online (it was already the end of the month) squeezing this in at an inconvenient time and found 1 time in the last few days of the month that would work for me. Tried to book, the website glitched and the time disappeared but did not book me the appointment. The last time I visited seemed great, until I got my credit card statement and saw I was charged way over the 20% tip I had left. Upon calling I was told specific masseuses have an up-charge that nobody told me about when booking OR when checking out at the counter. Disappointing considering this "1 hour massage" that was also upcharged really means you're on the table for 50 minutes due to prepping the room, etc. which hasn't been my experience at other places. Overall, this experience was more of a headache than it was a positive experience. I will say everyone who helped me with these issues was always super friendly, but I wouldn't choose it again. read more

My 90 minute facial started with cleansing and extracting my skin, which was not as relaxing, but necessary. Would not recommend at all!! My husband and I were looking to celebrate my birthday weekend with a relaxing 1 hour couples massage along with an overnight stay and dinner at the Madison Hotel. We were excited to get away for some peace and quiet and was so looking forward to the massage. We had a 4:00 appt. When we arrived we could not find the place, so we called to ask exactly where they were located as the navigation kept putting us in circles. The girl gave us a parking garage to try to locate but gave us the wrong spelling of the street. When i called her back to ask her again about where the location of the garage was, I asked if it was still ok to do the massage as we were running 10-15 minutes late and she replied of course no problem. When we got there it was 4:15 and she made us fill out paperwork. When we finally got in the room it was 4:20. The masseuse asked what part of the body she wanted me to work on and i said whole body. She said she couldn't as she could only do a 30 min. couples massage. I said they told me to come in as it would not be a problem. I was really upset and wanted to walk out but my husband insisted to not let this ruin my day. After the horrible massage, we went to pay and they charged us for the full hour. I was so aggravated and wanted to argue but didn't want to ruin the night that we so waited for. The girl kept saying "I know your frustration". If they would have told us that were were only going to get a 30 min massage and also charge us for an hour, i would have walked out and cancelled immediately. Poor customer service!! I went for a massage as they have their introductory price. I have been to massage envy and hand and stone as well as privately own spas. The chain massage venues do not train their employees as well as the private spas. I have gotten 80-100 massages as I used to go bi-monthly to reduce migraines. I truly felt as though they pulled my masseuse off the street. There was no consistency on each side, massaged the top of my hands for far too long which was odd. I said I had pain in my neck so focus on that, barely touched it. Also, my bf tried to make an appointment online, they never called him. Then he made an appointment and they had to cancel because the woman was sick. Then I made an appointment and they had to change it to a male which I did not prefer so I had to move it. Honestly, it's worth the same price for half the time of a proper massage. read more
