Here's the deal: grabbed a massage via Groupon. The spa team was very friendly and the space was very relaxing My massage was with Jennifer and she did a great job asking for input on pressure and comfort throughout the massage! I'd definitely go back. They also have monthly massage subscription(s) available. read more

Very friendly staff, rooms are clean, bedding is lovely. Excellent therapists. I have a membership and it is money well spent!

Today they had an issue with the air conditioning, but I just wanted to say I was very impressed by how the team pulled through for an excellent visit regardless. The front desk staff were very kind, energetic, and apologetic about the heat and still did what they could to make it cooler (fixing the blinds, offering water). The person who did my massage: Jennifer, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to still make me feel comfortable. She put an ice pack on my neck and it felt amazing. Things like this rarely happen here, but this is the reason I keep returning here- the service they provide here goes the extra mile even during issues when they arise. Thank you for my enjoyable experience! read more

Although this place was clean and nice inside, I prefer a massage in complete silence. My prior massage therapist at the time continued to ask me questions and it ruined my serenity and staying relaxed. Hopefully, in the future, they change this method. read more

As a licensed, deep tissue/sport massage therapist for almost 7yrs, I've had a lot of massage. I can not RAVE enough about this place, specifically, Pete. Do yourself a favor and book all the time in the world with him. There aren't words enough to explain how absolutely spectacular this man is as a knowledgeable and talented therapist. Not only did he listen to my concerns, but he found spots that I didn't even know were a problem and HE FIXED THEM ALL! A true massage professional. I walked in with pain and walked out pain free and better than I've felt in years. Specifically, Pete paid great attention to my neck, shoulders, pecs, arms and back which I desperately needed as a therapist myself. His pressure was deep and perfect and he was soothing as well as strong. I wanted to take him home to Florida with me! Do yourself a favor and book with Pete! read more

Massage Heights - Glorious retreat - Massage Near Me - Morristown, New Jersey

I used to be a member here - facials are amazing. Edit was my jam. (5 stars for her)! I ended my membership for financial reasons, location and not ever being able to get a time of appointment I needed You need to really book in advance here. I joined this spa when I lived in the area and after moving, it just did not make sense. Massages were just always okay. I always felt like I would go to relax and my therapist would talk to me non-stop. It was a great massage but not the relaxation I wanted. read more

Non member charges are very high. And the front desk clerks talk in circles about discounts but then neglect to give one. Very confusing!

I want to thank Massage Heights Morristown, Kelly and her team for their donation to Diana Ministries LLC. I am a volunteer and host workshops at different locations. Massage Heights Morristown has donated about a few gift cards to Diana Ministries to participants at the shelter, Homeless Solutions for. These gift cards not only set the tone for the workshop but gives the participants something to look forward to as they continue on their journey. I know for sure that the participants were thrilled to receive your donation and looked forward to a relaxing and spoiled experience which I heard you all provided. Thank you a million times over. God bless and Happy Holidays. read more

I had the best HydraFacial from Massage Heights in Morristown! It was my first time at this location & the staff was super friendly! It was also my first time getting this type of facial and I was a bit nervous because I have acne prone skin, but Gabby did an excellent job! My skin felt so soft and hydrated after & I haven't had any breakouts! Can't recommend this service enough! read more

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave there is always someone to help. My massage was amazing and my therapist listened to all my back concerns. I decided to sign up with the monthly program because of how professional and attentive everyone is here. Looking forward to my monthly massages! read more

I love this place! Everyone is so professional and its spotless! They also have these massage tables that can accommodate your head, neck, and chest. It reminds me of a sleep number bed actually, which makes your experience even more customizable! I have a monthly membership and have been seeing massage therapist, Tristan! He is incredible! I have booked my next three appointments with him. He is extremely professional, high skilled, and does great deep tissue massages. I also go with the hot stone add on which really helps to break up knots while loosing overall muscle tension. I highly recommend this place over other membership spas! Try it out an book today! read more

I'm not much of a self-pamper person, but we did a spa day for a wedding and I LOVED it. The massage therapist was not messing around; he (Pete, I think?) was pretty powerful and found all kinds of spots to work on without ever being painful. He also chatted just enough to make me put me at ease and allowed all the quiet relaxing moments for me to focus on my breathing. The part that really surprised me was the hydrofacial. Definitely not something I would have ever thought I'd enjoy but, my face has never felt like that before. I'm a man in my 50's, I pretty much just wash my face and leave the house but I spent a good deal of the wedding making my friends feel my face "Feel this. I'm dewy." I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town! read more

I have been going for massages for all of my life. I have gone to many different places but Massage heights in Morristown was the best massage I have every had. I had Maggie as my masseuse and she was unbelievable. Just the right amount of pressure and she really knows what she is doing. My son gave me a gift certificate for a 90 min massage and he got a good rate because it was my first time. The pricing of course goes up quite a bit but I was told there are deals if you subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis. It is something you would definitely want to treat yourself to! read more

Excellent! Clean, relaxing and my facial was amazing with Christina! Must try this place-very satisfied customer!

I'm starting with the biggest con because it was very surprising. My esthetician today was unvaccinated, and my massage therapist refused to disclose her vaccination status. I had assumed that given the close nature of contact during services that staff would be required to be vaccinated for their safety and customer safety (and business viability!). Although staff were masked, knowing that they weren't vaccinated definitely unnerved me during what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. Pros: very accommodating and understanding front desk staff. Conveniently located with close parking. Nice facilities. The services were OK for me. Definitely weren't good enough to justify the unvaccinated risk. read more

Awesome session! John has consistently provided relief to those tough upper back areas with efficient targeted pressure to key release points. Even finds other tight areas I didn't realize needed some help releasing. One of the best, who really knows his stuff. Highly recommended read more

Bought the Groupon for the facial. I live in town and go somewhere else for massages. Pass by all the time and figured it was a good way to try them out. My facial with Jen was amazing. Probably one of the better ones I had gotten. I was so relaxed and my skin felt and looked great after. I don't usually get facials often in the summer, more so in the winter so would be interested in coming back then. I heard they will be having a hydrafacial promotion in the fall so I would def like to come back to try that. read more

What an amazing place with even better staff! I received a great massage today and can't wait to return. I just wished I lived closer to this location read more

Had a wonderful experience at aMassage Heights yesterday! Tristan did an excellent job on my massage with just the right amount of pressure!

I've gone to many other massage places but this place feels the most relaxing! I've read the poor reviews but to be honest, I always try to be early to any appointment whether it's a massage or a hair appointment.. it wouldn't be fair to make the rest of the day run late for one group. Myself and my boyfriend have been members for almost two years now. As for the other poor review about the uneven masseuse, I truly believe you have to find your particular masseuse who listens to your body and works well with you! It took me many appointments and I finally found two that I see regularly! Glad to have found this place on Groupon -- I buy gift cards from this place as a holiday gift to a lot of my family and friends because everyone deserves to relax and this is the perfect place to do it! read more

This place Is perfect for me and worth the 40 minute drive i make to go there. Friendly staff. Experienced massage therapists. Clean rooms. Tables are more comfortable than other chains ive been. Nice enhancements. If you are on a 60 minute per month plan and choose a 90 minute massage, and have prior monthly credits, you dont lose a full 60 minute "credit" to pay for it like other places. No sneaky up charges either. I highly recommend Massage Heights of Morristown. read more

I had a 4:00pm appointment for a 90 minute massage. I arrived a bit early to fill out the paperwork. I was immediately impressed because the lobby and waiting area of the spa is very nice. It has comfortable, contemporary furniture and decor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The massage was one of the best I have ever had. The only one that was as good was Canyon Ranch in Las Vegas. My massage therapist started with some aromatherapy, which was very relaxing. The massage itself was excellent. The therapist was able to find and work out a few knots I had in my upper back that I did not realize were there. I felt amazing after this massage. I highly recommend Massage Heights! read more

My husband and I had two excellent experiences here, so we opted for the membership today. Everything about Massage Heights is relaxing. The lobby area is warm and inviting. The employees are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the tables are comfortable. I chose the lemongrass aromatherapy today and told the therapist that I have been battling RA in my hands and feet. She was very attentive and checked with me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was alright. Looking forward to returning in December for our next massage. I feel wonderful! read more

I had a superb experience at Massage Heights. The decor and ambiance was clean, tasteful, and relaxing. My therapist (Kiara?) really took note of the information I had given her regarding pain in my shoulder, and focused her attention there. I do prefer a firmer touch, but when it was too much at one point, she immediately responded to my body language and adjusted her touch, without me having to say anything. I will definitely be back! read more

This is an excellent place to get a great massage. The deep tissue was great. I loved that you get to pick the fragrance as well.

Michelle gives an amazing deep tissue massage. She listened to my concerns and focused on my pain sites, and her pressure is amazing. Very perceptive and communicative. read more

What an marvelous experience! I recently went to Massage Heights for a Hot Stone massage and facial. Where do I begin? When you check in you are given a choice of 5 different aroma therapy blends to enjoy during the massage - the oils are infused into the massage oil. I chose the rejuvenating blend. The therapist sprayed a mist onto the sheets before the massage began. Oh, and the sheets! They are of such a wonderful weave - very soft. The table - HEATED! The face rest was adjustable in and out as well as up and down. It was so comfortable. I also noticed how quiet the room was - I did not hear outside noise at all. Kiara, my therapist, deftly worked on my kinks and knots with a combination of hot stone and her hands. I was especially appreciative of the time she spent on my feet. Pure heaven. Jennifer then performed a facial. I had never had one before so I don't have a good frame of reference but it was so relaxing and my skin still feels wonderful - days later. All of the people I interacted with were highly professional and treated me with utmost courtesy and respect. I look forward to my next appointment! read more

I just had the greatest facial and massage and completely grateful for the wonderful service by Kristin who gave me a fantastic facial and Tracy who gave Me a fabulous massage. Plus they have a special promotion right now both for 100$Thank you so much I will definitely be returning. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this, it will be worth it. Thanks everybody, see you soon, Christine read more

I went for two introductory specials: a massage and a facial. Pete was my massage therapist and was absolutely fantastic. He asked me the type of pressure I prefer. I tend to hold stress in my upper back and neck. He cleared knots in muscles I didn't even know I had. I felt so nurtured I did not want it to end. Will be joining on my next visit. I also went for an introductory facial (my very first facial at age 53!). Edit spent time with me, discussing my current skin care regime, what I felt were problem areas, etc. She went to work her magic. The facial also included a head and neck massage that was one of the best massages I've ever had. She gave me some tips that I am continuing to use. I also must say I was encouraged to join but did not feel pressured like I have in some other places. read more

A great facility. Lobby and rooms are very nice and clean. Came here for a 1 hour couples massage during a sleet storm. Perfect afternoon for it. The sheets are SO SOFT felt like I was laying in a cloud. My masseuse could've gone a little deeper but overall it was great and we both came out super relaxed and zen lol. I would definitely come back read more

Massage Heights - Couples massage - Massage Near Me - Morristown, New Jersey

Massages are decent and people are really nice, but a different issue comes up every time I go which is extra annoying since this is supposed to be a relaxing experience. I was gifted a multi month membership for massages and my first time there was told I could use them whenever I wanted because they were paid in full. The next time I tried to book I was told that no, I need to use one service a month. So i tried to book online (it was already the end of the month) squeezing this in at an inconvenient time and found 1 time in the last few days of the month that would work for me. Tried to book, the website glitched and the time disappeared but did not book me the appointment. The last time I visited seemed great, until I got my credit card statement and saw I was charged way over the 20% tip I had left. Upon calling I was told specific masseuses have an up-charge that nobody told me about when booking OR when checking out at the counter. Disappointing considering this "1 hour massage" that was also upcharged really means you're on the table for 50 minutes due to prepping the room, etc. which hasn't been my experience at other places. Overall, this experience was more of a headache than it was a positive experience. I will say everyone who helped me with these issues was always super friendly, but I wouldn't choose it again. read more

Got a full deep tissue massage and it was INCREDIBLE! OMG. Fantastic courteous staff, wait wasn't long at all and was treated so well at the front desk, very relaxing. I will be back VERY soon!!!!! Visit was perfect from the start! read more

What a truly magical experience from beginning to end! I was able to book my appointment with ease through text. I arrived to a beautiful atmosphere, smiles and happy greetings. Sabree was there and ready to go. She shared a lot of useful information with me and listened to my needs. It's great how she "knows my body" and is able to proactively provide impeccable service. The details wowed me from aromatherapy choices, customizing the table settings and the simple things like being offered a glass of water to conclude the session. I feel like a Queen every time I visit. So grateful. read more

I have been getting massages here for the last three years. I have had excellent massage therapists. The staff are all ver professional and the front desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Massage Heights to anyone who is interested in a place for getting a massage (I have never had a facial here). read more

I came across Massage heights last minute when I wanted a facial to clear out my pores before a vacation. The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of every service they provide. My 90 minute facial started with cleansing and extracting my skin, which was not as relaxing, but necessary. Once my skin was cleaned, my esthetician started the most lovely relaxing part of the facial that made me feel like I took a long mid day nap. I walked out and ended up purchasing a monthly membership. I can't wait to go back! read more

Would not recommend at all!! My husband and I were looking to celebrate my birthday weekend with a relaxing 1 hour couples massage along with an overnight stay and dinner at the Madison Hotel. We were excited to get away for some peace and quiet and was so looking forward to the massage. We had a 4:00 appt. When we arrived we could not find the place, so we called to ask exactly where they were located as the navigation kept putting us in circles. The girl gave us a parking garage to try to locate but gave us the wrong spelling of the street. When i called her back to ask her again about where the location of the garage was, I asked if it was still ok to do the massage as we were running 10-15 minutes late and she replied of course no problem. When we got there it was 4:15 and she made us fill out paperwork. When we finally got in the room it was 4:20. The masseuse asked what part of the body she wanted me to work on and i said whole body. She said she couldn't as she could only do a 30 min. couples massage. I said they told me to come in as it would not be a problem. I was really upset and wanted to walk out but my husband insisted to not let this ruin my day. After the horrible massage, we went to pay and they charged us for the full hour. I was so aggravated and wanted to argue but didn't want to ruin the night that we so waited for. The girl kept saying "I know your frustration". If they would have told us that were were only going to get a 30 min massage and also charge us for an hour, i would have walked out and cancelled immediately. Poor customer service!! Will never go back!! Any good business would never do this. Shame on you!!!! read more

yesterday I had A cupping massage with Pete!! he is amazing! The place is so clean and friendly . I highly recommend.

I was hesitant to get a massage in this time of Pandemic, but I needed one badly, When I made my appointment I was told to bring my own pillow case and water, which I did. I used a Groupon for a 90 minute massage with an add on of a Foot Scrub. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Kim was my therapist and she was AMAZING. I have never felt so relaxed in years. I have booked my next appointment and I cannot wait. Highly recommend Massage Heights. read more

Will call the morning just an hour before to cancel. Very upsetting and only offered a service that was more expensive in return. Disappointed to say the least. read more

Yesterday I got a facial at Massage Heights, and it was really great. I have a membership there in California, and while traveling in Jersey I thought I'd get a facial. It suddenly occurred to me that maybe MH was here and lucky for me, it was right in Morristown. You don't have to have a membership to go there so go give it a try! I recommend a facial with Edit for sure. Next time I'll get a massage and I'll try to update my review after that. :) read more
