OMG, when I say this was the ABSOLUTE WORSE MASSAGE EVER!! I have to laugh at this because the way they played all the way in our faces on our anniversary is just crazy. The masseuse WE (yes, two separate individuals) had were so so horrible. It's so difficult to even explain just how horrible this service and experience was. Do yourself the biggest favor and give yourself the best gift; RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I wish zero stars were possible . read more

No complaints here. I got a nice relaxing Swedish massage this morning with a sweet massage therapist. She made sure the pressure was comfortable and kept the chatting to a minimum throughout my treatment. I dislike it when my masseuse talks to me the whole time. The only thing I would suggest is that the lotions be warmed up or to have a heated herbal pad to place on the body areas exposed to the cold ac air. I was cold when she wasn't massaging me! The facility is very clean, spa vibes throughout and the front desk did an amazing job checking me in and out. They were all friendly and helpful and not pushy about memberships. I would definitely recommend this location if you need a "me day". read more

The best massage I've received by far!! 10 out of 10 Ikeana and her hands was everything I needed to feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and refreshed. read more

Tu is truly fantastic--every experience with her has been exceptional. We sincerely hope she stays with us, as we've unfortunately lost several long-term massage therapists in the past. We are so grateful to have Tu taking such great care of us. If you're looking for an amazing massage, Tu is absolutely the person to see. read more

I've usually had a good time getting a massage here before but my most recent masseuse and facialist (was the same person) was WAY too chatty and honestly stressed me out. She told me her whole life story, stressed me out, and was low key racist towards me when she asked about my ethnicity. I felt very uncomfortable and she didn't even do the part of the facial that I'd requested. I was very displeased with the service this time. I will have to consider going back again. read more

I drive a little further to go to this location due to the level of service that is consistently provided here. I tend to book any female masseuse based on my schedule, but after this last session, I will be seeking out Janete. Perfectly firm pressure, checked on my comfort regularly but not so much that it was disruptive. She is obviously an expert. My problems areas were more than addressed. read more

Terrible customer service, front desk should be trained more on better customer service! Outrageous prices for no apparent reason. And never will I ever will recommend this place. Also so someone hit a parked car right next to my car. read more

I rarely leave reviews, but every once in a while, you come across someone who genuinely stands out and Kylie is one of those people. She was incredibly kind, humble, and naturally warm in a way that instantly brightened my day. It's rare to meet someone in customer service who carries such grace and sincerity; she didn't just do her job, she made the moment feel personal. Even as someone who's usually outgoing and talkative, I actually found myself a little speechless because her energy was that genuine and refreshing. People like her are hard to come by these days, and I hope she knows the impression she leaves, the kind that stays with you long after you've walked away. There was something about Kylie kindness that just stayed with me, the kind of impression that speaks louder than words. - David, MBA read more

I had a deep tissue massage with hot stones by Zoya and it was excellent. She really worked through the tight areas, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The studio has a calm, soothing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Highly recommend! read more

Always a great experience. I have been going here for a couple years and they always exceed expectations. I often see different people as I tend to schedule late and I have never been disappointed. read more

I had to take my friend and neighbor to the ER the morning of my massage. The manager was unwilling to speak with me on the phone when I called to ask if they would work with me to reschedule my appointment due to the unforeseen circumstances. Massage Heights - Massage Near Me - Cypress, Texas

Great facial! My skin felt silky and smooth. Lots of hours available and easy to schedule online.

My kids gave me a Mothers Day gift and I went in with anticipation for a 90 minute massage followed by a facial. I enjoyed Erika for the full body massage and her knowledge of technique. I left feeling so relaxed and the best thing to start was having an adjustable massage table that can accommodate breast implants. That made the massage more comfortable. The facial from Kylie was wonderful and I learned a lot about my skin. The only thing that I could say about my experience that Massage Heights could improve on is the customer service in the front. Upon arrival and leaving, there was no interaction, no smile or anything. I was surprised. I think it's funny how you completely dismiss the last comment I mentioned about your front desk staff. That's the first impression customers have. read more

I continue as a member of Massage Heights for at least 7 years now. I love the quality of massage therapists they employ as well as the relaxing environment. Oscar is my go to masseuse and yesterday Oscar completely removed all issues I was having in my lower back/hip area. Because of this help I was able to get the best nights sleep and am moving around this morning issue free. read more

Got a Groupon for a couples a massage for my husband and I. We are both physically active and needed something to relieve the stress in our bodies. Unfortunately Massage Heights didn't do it for us. This was our first time here and it was very disappointing. We know what a good massage is supposed to feel like and both of ours were far from it. We just feel like we were getting rubbed the whole time. We both wanted deep pressure but felt like it was light to medium pressure the whole massage. I also needed more attention to my neck and back (which I told them before the massage) but barely got much massaging in those areas. We'll be looking into other couples massages to make up for this one because it did not satisfy our needs. read more

Possibly the worst massage I've had. Everyone was sweet; I even forgot my water bottle and they had brought it out to me. Beautiful office and ambience, until I came into the room. My massage therapist was a short black woman. I've never had a massage with gloves on, let me start by saying that. It was an unpleasant feeling, as if she didn't want to be there.. my husband booked this for me to relax, but I didn't feel relaxed at all. I told her I wanted pressure; I didn't feel much but latex gloves touching my skin, not gliding, just rubbing. Unpleasant experience overall and would not come again. read more

After years as a member, I've decided to cancel my membership. I was informed that I must come into the Towne Lake location and complete a form. There is no online option. AND I must come into that location because that is where I signed up for the membership. I can't even go to another Massage Heights. This is more confirmation of why I don't need their services read more

Worst massage ever! Therapist used wet stones even though I requested not to use them. Fabric got wet and it was miserable lying there on wet cold blankets. Complained when completed but still charged full amount. read more

Great experience with the massage!! I'll be back!! I purchased the one year contract!

Do not ever make an appointment at this location. I made a booking online as a member and now they are telling me they can't find my appointment the day of my massage. Arturo is useless and has terrible customer service skills. I am so disappointed by Massage Heights and the service I have received. As a healthcare provider I understand customer service and this location knows nothing about that. It is ridiculous to try to relax and get a massage and deal with such a big hassle and have no answers from the location or any help. read more

I have been coming to this location for a long time and everyone is very friendly. This is a legit massage spa, not like those places you see setup offering massages in shopping centers. Everyone that has worked on me there are very professional, and do an excellent job getting your muscles relaxed. The app they have is easy to use and schedule with and they run specials all the time. On the app you can select any therapist male or female, or if you have a specific person you can request them also. I'm so glad my wife signed us up for the membership. Robin has been my therapist for a long time and does a really good job,and yesterday Amanda, was the one that took care of me since Robin was booked up. When you schedule you can select any female therapist so here lately, I've been doing that to try out all of their staff in the event one of my favorites leaves. So far I have been impressed with everyone that I've seen. There was another girl that worked on me before but I do not remember her name and she did a wonderful job as well. You cannot go wrong with anyone you use as their team is very professional and the establishment is very clean. They make sure to keep things sanitary even with the whole Covid19 going on in the area. Give these ladies and gentlemen a try. Your muscles will thank you in the end! read more

Worse massage ever.! I did an evaluation even though I been there plenty times in the past sporadically. I specified I'm sore from working out w/ a crick in my neck & shoulders. I asked for deep tissue firm massage. I'm an athlete . Get to the back she ask me (Yonnedys was the masseuse) what's bothering me? I told her the crick in my neck & the pressure for firm. Room was freezing I addressed it . She told me the bed is warm .... Nothing to do w/ the freezing room. She starts and ask was the pressure okay . I said more pressure please . She literally rubbed me the whole time . I told women at front desk they said nothing but sorry about that . Never going to this location again! read more

Wow. Each time I leave my appointment/massage, I feel incredible and 1000% better than I walked in. This place is incredible!!!!! So soothing. So relaxing. So therapeutic. So necessary. Jared is my go-to MT and I even hate to share his name but he's freaking amazing!!!!!!!!!! I've had massages in Thailand and other areas of the world, but Jared truly listens and focuses on your stress areas when you tell him. He has helped me in several occasions get rid of troubled spots where stress or pain has lingered and I leave each time feeling like I am a brand new person. This place is clean, calming, and incredibly relaxing. The staff is so wonderful and polite. I look forward to my next visit. It's a definite MUST for massages! Especially Jared. read more

I booked a service online as a gift to my male friend. I wasn't able to pick a therapist, so I called first thing this morning to confirm they would be able to accommodate the service with a female therapist. I was told they would be able to accommodate my request. My friend shows ip for the appointment, they have a male therapist. He is not comfortable with a male therapist. The manager said she will call me back tomorrow... refused to take the call to address my concern stated that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy and they would have to charge me. What?????? Seriously, you are going to charge me because you can't provide a female therapist! Absolutely ridiculous! read more

Shade gave me a facial, she was gentle and thorough. Her recommendations were on point. Definitely going back!

Service was 5/5 for Charlene who did my massage. She was empathetic and honed in on my problem areas. I gave her a general overview of where I was experiencing the most discomfort post recent work injury and she worked on that and more! There were some areas I didn't even realize were tense and painful until she discovered them. I already scheduled myself to return in 2 weeks and will take her tips in hand until the next session. The only reason I deducted a star was for the cost, not the service. read more

Smells amazing when you walk in so places you into immediate zen! The therapists are all very thorough and attentive to your concerns. Hubby and I had our very first couple massage there this week and although I receive massages weekly, he hates them due to finding them uncomfortable and an invasion of his personal space (Lol) and he actually agreed to come back with me next visit (yay!) I would give this location a higher rating because you can choose to continue on your zen journey and walk over to Breakfast Brunch Cafe for a cucumber juice or as I prefer, a lakeside cocktail at the nearby Sam's Boat or .Flying Vine Wine Bar for a all around date night read more

I took the day off to take care of me and I decided I NEEDED a massage. This was my first time here and I was paired with Tu. She was very through and careful to make sure she was using accurate pressure. The massage was amazing. My only complaint is I wish I had booked a 90 minute instead of a 60. I highly recommend Tu! Edit: I forgot to mention one of the most important things...the massage bed was unlike any I have ever had a massage on; it was super comfortable! I have back and neck issues and usually laying on the massage table is the worst part of the massage. But somehow she was able to move the bed electronically and it was surprisingly comfortable! read more
