No complaints here. I got a nice relaxing Swedish massage this morning with a sweet massage therapist. She made sure the pressure was comfortable and kept the chatting to a minimum throughout my treatment. I dislike it when my masseuse talks to me the whole time. The only thing I would suggest is that the lotions be warmed up or to have a heated herbal pad to place on the body areas exposed to the cold ac air. I was cold when she wasn't massaging me! The facility is very clean, spa vibes throughout and the front desk did an amazing job checking me in and out. They were all friendly and helpful and not pushy about memberships. I would definitely recommend this location if you need a "me day". read more

She told me her whole life story, stressed me out, and was low key racist towards me when she asked about my ethnicity. I left feeling so relaxed and the best thing to start was having an adjustable massage table that can accommodate breast implants. That made the massage more comfortable. The facial from Kylie was wonderful and I learned a lot about my skin. The only thing that I could say about my experience that Massage Heights could improve on is the customer service in the front. Got a Groupon for a couples a massage for my husband and I. We are both physically active and needed something to relieve the stress in our bodies. Unfortunately Massage Heights didn't do it for us. This was our first time here and it was very disappointing. We know what a good massage is supposed to feel like and both of ours were far from it. We just feel like we were getting rubbed the whole time. We both wanted deep pressure but felt like it was light to medium pressure the whole massage. I also needed more attention to my neck and back (which I told them before the massage) but barely got much massaging in those areas. Possibly the worst massage I've had. Everyone was sweet; I even forgot my water bottle and they had brought it out to me. Beautiful office and ambience, until I came into the room. My massage therapist was a short black woman. I've never had a massage with gloves on, let me start by saying that. It was an unpleasant feeling, as if she didn't want to be there.. my husband booked this for me to relax, but I didn't feel relaxed at all. I booked a service online as a gift to my male friend. I wasn't able to pick a therapist, so I called first thing this morning to confirm they would be able to accommodate the service with a female therapist. I was told they would be able to accommodate my request. My friend shows ip for the appointment, they have a male therapist. He is not comfortable with a male therapist. The manager said she will call me back tomorrow... refused to take the call to address my concern stated that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy and they would have to charge me. What?????? I have been coming to this location for a long time and everyone is very friendly. This is a legit massage spa, not like those places you see setup offering massages in shopping centers. Everyone that has worked on me there are very professional, and do an excellent job getting your muscles relaxed. The app they have is easy to use and schedule with and they run specials all the time. On the app you can select any therapist male or female, or if you have a specific person you can request them also. I'm so glad my wife signed us up for the membership. Robin has been my therapist for a long time and does a really good job,and yesterday Amanda, was the one that took care of me since Robin was booked up. When you schedule you can select any female therapist so here lately, I've been doing that to try out all of their staff in the event one of my favorites leaves. So far I have been impressed with everyone that I've seen. There was another girl that worked on me before but I do not remember her name and she did a wonderful job as well. You cannot go wrong with anyone you use as their team is very professional and the establishment is very clean. Wow. Each time I leave my appointment/massage, I feel incredible and 1000% better than I walked in. This place is incredible!!!!! So soothing. So relaxing. So therapeutic. So necessary. Jared is my go-to MT and I even hate to share his name but he's freaking amazing!!!!!!!!!! I've had massages in Thailand and other areas of the world, but Jared truly listens and focuses on your stress areas when you tell him. He has helped me in several occasions get rid of troubled spots where stress or pain has lingered and I leave each time feeling like I am a brand new person. I gave her a general overview of where I was experiencing the most discomfort post recent work injury and she worked on that and more! She was very through and careful to make sure she was using accurate pressure. The massage was amazing. My only complaint is I wish I had booked a 90 minute instead of a 60. I highly recommend Tu!
