The first time was questionable, but the second and following. WOW!! Your experience truly depends on your massage therapist and oh my gosh. Keisha rocks my world. The best massage therapist I have ever had. I have tried reflexology everywhere, massage envy, etc and I have never had someone take better care of me. She does an outstanding job and literally has healing hands. It's nice to actually have someone ask what's hurting and explain why there is tension here or there and change their approach based on what hurts or what is tight. I wish I could go every month!! read more

This place is amazing and relaxing. My massage person was very professional and knows exactly what she's doing.

Amy gave THE BEST massage I've ever had in my life. Seriously. The. Best. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and she worked on my issues with care and concern. I'm still in awe of her skills. Thank you, Amy. read more

Don't ever sign up for a membership; they'll keep charging you even after closing. Terrible customer service! I closed my account when I moved but was charged for 5 more months. When I called, the girl said she'd freeze the account until I could use all charged sessions, and that if she closed it, I will lose all paid sessions. After one massage , the manager informed me that my account had been closed for delinquent payment, (this is despite a note saying it was frozen)and that I lost the ones paid. read more

Had a very nice experience here. Everyone was friendly and professional. The facility was clean and tranquil. Pamela gave an excellent deep tissue massage with lavender aromatherapy and knew exactly where to focus to relieve tension in my neck and shoulders. Location within the shopping center is a bit hard to find. Recommend allowing a few extra minutes for parking. read more

I'm actually not a big massage person but I'm in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy & a full body massage was needed. After my session I'm so upset I don't have a membership because it was the most relaxing time I've spent in a while. Erica was so wonderful. She had great customer service & made me feel comfortable because I'm not a regular. I truly loved this experience & look forward to going back even when I'm not pregnant! read more

This is now my go to place for my massages. I visited a while back and ended up signing up for their wellness program. It is a once a month charge with a once a month massage. It can be carried over month to month if you don't use it. I liked the fact that there was not a lot of pressure to sign up like most massage establishments. They charge $49 for initial visit and regularly $89 per visit afterward but with the wellness program it only$59 per month. You can also sign up to have someone take your place such as your spouse if you cant make it one month. They also start on time unlike a lot of places where you are taken in late and ended early! I have only gone for a month or two but so far it's been great. You can choose your person for each visit. It located in the LaCenterra area. I highly recommend them. read more

I highly recommend this location. The staff is super cool and the therapists are awesome! Kris gives the best deep tissue massages. He takes his time and makes sure your problem areas are resolved. I really enjoyed the massage and atmosphere. They have a membership and it's so worth it! You save money on massages and the membership fee is basically a massage at the discounted rate. A win for the customer if you ask me! Thank you Kris! & see you soon :D read more

My mother and I booked 60-minute massages today at this location. It was our first time getting massages since the pandemic started, so we were looking forward to trying this establishment and enjoying some much needed relaxation. The massage therapists were great, but the front desk staff were subpar. I confirmed that I planned to pay with a gift card when booking my appointment and confirmed the gift card balance. When it was time to pay, the front desk staff couldn't figure out how to process the gift card. After several minutes of trying, they finally confirmed it went through and we left. On our way home, the front desk called to say the gift card was now showing as invalid and I needed to call right away to get it resolved or they'd need to charge my credit card. When I called, the woman I spoke with had an obvious attitude and told me she'd call me back when she "figured it out" (mind you, she just left a voicemail asking me to call to resolve the issue). A few minutes later, they called to confirm they were able to figure out how to process the gift card. But offered no apology for the confusion or inconvenience. After all of the payment drama, any relaxation I felt was now gone. Sadly, my mother and I looked forward to establishing a membership with this place since we live in the neighborhood. But due to the poor customer service by the front staff, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Tara was amazing, she found spots I didn't even know was there. My girlfriend and I got a couples massage and we loved it. Definitely booking reoccurring sessions with Tara. read more

I strained my lower back back during a session of kettle ball swings. Max provided a sports massage around the pain area while explaining the various muscles that were strained. The session was quite painfull :) however after the massage I immediately felt better. I recommend Max for treatment or I jured or over worked muscles read more

I was rather very disappointed with the experience my husband and I received at this location. We had a couple massage at a 3pm appointment with Cody and Josh. We get there before the appointment time and we're not seen until 3:15pm. We had paid for an hour massage and it ended at 3:50pm. The massage was ok, however parts were missed, especially what we had filled out on the form. My husband got hot towel treatment and I didn't, so the massages were not consistent. It was not worth the $138 price. I will stick to the cheaper Asian reflexology places which do a lot more. It was also my husbands first time getting a massage and he did not like it. I should have listened to the one bad review about missed services and timing, but was trying to give this business a chance. Total utter disappointment! read more

Good stuff right here. Parking stinks so that lost a star but otherwise good massage. Front desk staff could use some coaching.

Wow! Excellent service and massage! I woke up this morning with a terrible migraine so I called elements to request a massage with someone who is good with tension/stress. They recommended Erica and got me right in. Upon entering the location I was greeted with friendly hellos and a relaxing atmosphere. After signing initial paperwork I was then promptly brought to Erica's room where she performed the very best massage. I told her about my migraines. She took her time to find the areas that needed more attention and worked those areas out. When I could tell we were almost done I thought to myself "if she scratches my scalp I'm giving her a generous tip and joining elements". She must have read my mind because she did exactly that. Come to find out, she spent more time on me than the 90 minutes and I cannot say how grateful I am for that extra time. After my massage I signed up to become a member and received several perks. Thank you, Elements! I checked in on yelp after paying and realized I could have gotten the hot stones for free, so make sure to check in before paying. read more

People don't pay attention to details. Front desk people look bored at their jobs. They scheduled me with a massage therapist that wasn't certified for a prenatal massage when I spoke to them over the phone that that's what I'm getting. Wasted an hour of drive time. Wasting another hour tomorrow when I come back. Epic business FAIL. They should pay me for my time and gas. It's not gonna be cheap. read more

Came here with my friend, was an enjoyable massage however the atmosphere in the rooms isn't as tranquil as other places I've been. Therapist was very consensual and asked multiple times if I was ok with how and where she was touching me. The therapist had a great technique, her speciality seemed to be concentrated in the neck. Overall a pretty decent place, but very well trained therapists. read more

By far the best massage I've gotten. Tara is amazing! I had the worst pain in my shoulders and neck when I made the appointment. By the time I left Elements Massage I was so refreshed and relaxed. They are environmentally friendly (use a whiteboard like system for paperwork) which I love and they are not pushy one bit. Absolutely love this location and of course Tara! read more

I went here for my birthday a few weeks ago and I must say, I enjoyed the entire experience! I love the location and when I walked in, I was immediately greeted. I was led into a room and given the best massage! It was so soothing and she really worked out the kinks in my back. I immediately signed up to become a member so I can get a monthly massage. Would highly recommend!!! Update: Kathryn is absolutely the BEST when it comes to massages! I would highly recommend her by not on Sunday's at 5pm! That's my reserved time! Lol read more

This was my very first massage experience and I must say I was blown away. Erica, my massage therapist, was extremely professional and made me very comfortable as I was very nervous. I left there feeling the best I have ever felt. Extremely refreshing, rejuvenated and relaxed. I will definitely become a member now and enjoy monthly therapeutic massages. Definitely worth it read more

Had a terrible massage, When tried to cancel the wellness program we were pressured to join, they were rude and gave us the run-around. It took 2 months, multiple phone calls and in-person visits to finally get the contract cancelled. Beware of the membership! Have at least one massage before you commit. UPDATE: After contacting our credit card company, we did receive a full refund of the addition amount paid. read more

Pam was my masseuse. She made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. Everyone was very professional and nice. The parking was a bit annoying but it's apart of an outdoor mall so that's expected. read more

Tara's message was great. She was informative stress points. I give a 4 because as another customer wrote...too cold in the private room. Luckily I read the review and asked for the bed to be on high for the heat. Kept my socks on too- thank goodness or it may have been unbearable. read more

This is not a low review for the massage. My massage was great, and I had planned to return. But the customer service and feeling of being taken advantage of was really unfortunate. I received a gift card for this location. The gift card was for $89 - this is the price of a one hour massage. For first time customers, the price of a 90 minute massage is $79. So that is what I booked (and thoroughly did enjoy) But when checking out, I was told my balance was $30. I explained the value of the gift card I was redeeming, and that it should cover the cost of the massage, and was turned down. Also - 90 minutes apparently isn't quite that. My massage was set to start at 2:00. My therapist came to get me from the lobby just after 2:00. I was out and paying by 3:25. Truly, I usually do not write negative reviews. But I would have wanted to know about these things to look out for ahead of time. I would have liked to be a repeat customer, but this was a back to back disappointment. read more

I was like looking for a place to take my sister for a nice massage and after reading the reviews on yelp, I found Elements and Dawn (my sister has Alex).... I couldn't have been happier! I love a good massage and have many so I don't dole out complements easily. Dawn was wonderful! She asked questions and was able to focus on areas she could tell needed attention which made me feel amazing when I was done. I highly recommend Elements, Dawn and per my sister Alex. I will definitely be back! read more

Front staff and therapist were both friendly. Massage was not the best or worst I've ever had. The reason for the 2 stars is the temperature inside. ITS FREEZING. Uncomfortably cold to where I was shivering. I keep my house at 69 degrees, so I like cold.. but this was unacceptable. Very difficult to relax and enjoy when you are focused on how cold you are the entire time. read more

The customer service here was wonderful! The girls at the front desk were very friendly and professional. The ambience of the place is very nice. But most importantly, my reflexology/deep tissue combination massage by Dawn was AMAZING! She did a wonderful job, and I even asked her to extend the session because my lower back was hurting, and she was working all my muscles in a way that relieved my pain and soreness. At the end of the session she even taught me some stretches and recommended some websites I could look up for more resources and information. She was so sweet to take the time to do that! I moved away from the area, otherwise I would continue to get massages regularly from Dawn! I highly recommend her and Elements Massage! read more

Manqi is absolutely AMAZING!!!! She gave me a deep tissue massage and it was glorious! She found all the spots I knew were bad and some I had no idea about. I called on a whim one Monday because my neck was in so much pain from all the tension I carry and Manqi was available. I am so glad I went, I left feeling 100% better. I finally got a good nights sleep because the pain wasn't keeping me up tossing and turning. I booked again for the following Monday, became a member and had a 90 minute massage. Let me tell you, 90 minutes is the way to go. I've had good and I've had bad massages and Manqi is one of the best out there! It has been over 10 years since I've had a masseuse that I was completely satisfied with. I am so happy I found Manqi, I can't recommend her enough. read more

Clean environment, technician asked what I needed and wanted from massage and stuck to it.

Love this place. Tara hands down and Dawn if Tara isn't available. Get a massage, shop and grab a bite at LaCenterra. Only downside is that parking! read more

I have gone to Kris several times and he does an amazing deep tissue! He has worked out the knots and tension in my shoulders and neck. I just don't like how they don't give you and hour massage. They say an hour but more like 40 mins. They start late and finish early, which is upsetting when u want 60mins! read more

My daughter and I visited here for the first time to get massages for my birthday and the total experience was wonderful!! Whereas I don't regularly get massages, I have had a few and Katherine (my masseuse) was by Far the best!! She made me feel comfortable and welcomed from beginning to end. She's very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing..I kept saying thank you throughout the massage..lol. I loved everything...except when she broke the news to that my hour was up. :( My daughter had Carly and she was really pleased as well. I will definitely be back!! read more

Bought a Groupon to check it out and had an appointment with Dawn. She is fantastic! Dawn is super knowledgeable about the body, and different techniques to help with specific issues. Really surprised to find her and joined their membership program because of my great experience. Location is great for a day of pampering, massage, then lunch and shopping! read more

They were so easy to make an appointment with only two days notice. Parking is very convenient and close even on the Saturday afternoon that I went there. But the best part was the massage. The therapist I had was Jared. He listened to what my problem areas were and addressed them during my 90 minute session. I belonged to another massage chain before but the program here is much easier to work with. No long-term contracts and cancellation is simple. They'll be my new place to go for massages. read more

The massage I had was the introductory one. I was able to book same day and the staff was friendly. My masseuse was carlee. She was very kind, but I think she may have been new. I've had numerous massages in the past. This one wasn't my worst massage, but I've had a lot better. When Carlee gets a bit more experienced, I'm sure she will be a Rock star. read more

I went and got a massage today groupon has one for $42 at elements massage at LaCenterra. I was a little scared after I read the reviews on yelp they were a good mix. I've had some bad massage before and I had some good ones. The only thing I would say that I didn't like is 1)you don't go to a little waiting room that is a relax feeling, you sit up front where people walk in and leave 2) after sitting there in the front for 5 min a girl ask if I needed anything water, bathroom, wifi password. 3) the room was freezing!! And the massage therapist turn the bed blanket on before she exit. Most places turn them on before you enter so it is already warm. The lady who did my massage and I cannot remember her name Stephanie or Jennifer not sure. She was really good! Before we got started she ask me where I would like it most what is bothering me. She work out as many knots as she can within the hour plus a full body massage. She also clear my stuffy nose! We did start 6 min late but once I got dressed it was 911 (my appointment was at 8) If I go back there I will ask for her again. Hopefully this massage will help the pain I have driving home. read more
