Don't ever sign up for a membership; they'll keep charging you even after closing. Terrible customer service! I closed my account when I moved but was charged for 5 more months. When I called, the girl said she'd freeze the account until I could use all charged sessions, and that if she closed it, I will lose all paid sessions. After one massage , the manager informed me that my account had been closed for delinquent payment, (this is despite a note saying it was frozen)and that I lost the ones paid. read more

This is now my go to place for my massages. I visited a while back and ended up signing up for their wellness program. It is a once a month charge with a once a month massage. It can be carried over month to month if you don't use it. I liked the fact that there was not a lot of pressure to sign up like most massage establishments. They charge $49 for initial visit and regularly $89 per visit afterward but with the wellness program it only$59 per month. You can also sign up to have someone take your place such as your spouse if you cant make it one month. They also start on time unlike a lot of places where you are taken in late and ended early! I have only gone for a month or two but so far it's been great. You can choose your person for each visit. It located in the LaCenterra area. I highly recommend them. read more

My mother and I booked 60-minute massages today at this location. It was our first time getting massages since the pandemic started, so we were looking forward to trying this establishment and enjoying some much needed relaxation. The massage therapists were great, but the front desk staff were subpar. I confirmed that I planned to pay with a gift card when booking my appointment and confirmed the gift card balance. When it was time to pay, the front desk staff couldn't figure out how to process the gift card. After several minutes of trying, they finally confirmed it went through and we left. On our way home, the front desk called to say the gift card was now showing as invalid and I needed to call right away to get it resolved or they'd need to charge my credit card. When I called, the woman I spoke with had an obvious attitude and told me she'd call me back when she "figured it out" (mind you, she just left a voicemail asking me to call to resolve the issue). A few minutes later, they called to confirm they were able to figure out how to process the gift card. But offered no apology for the confusion or inconvenience. After all of the payment drama, any relaxation I felt was now gone. Sadly, my mother and I looked forward to establishing a membership with this place since we live in the neighborhood. But due to the poor customer service by the front staff, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. read more

I strained my lower back back during a session of kettle ball swings. Max provided a sports massage around the pain area while explaining the various muscles that were strained. I was rather very disappointed with the experience my husband and I received at this location. We had a couple massage at a 3pm appointment with Cody and Josh. We get there before the appointment time and we're not seen until 3:15pm. We had paid for an hour massage and it ended at 3:50pm. The massage was ok, however parts were missed, especially what we had filled out on the form. My husband got hot towel treatment and I didn't, so the massages were not consistent. It was not worth the $138 price. I will stick to the cheaper Asian reflexology places which do a lot more. It was also my husbands first time getting a massage and he did not like it. I should have listened to the one bad review about missed services and timing, but was trying to give this business a chance. Total utter disappointment! read more

Wow! Excellent service and massage! I woke up this morning with a terrible migraine so I called elements to request a massage with someone who is good with tension/stress. They recommended Erica and got me right in. Upon entering the location I was greeted with friendly hellos and a relaxing atmosphere. After signing initial paperwork I was then promptly brought to Erica's room where she performed the very best massage. I told her about my migraines. She took her time to find the areas that needed more attention and worked those areas out. When I could tell we were almost done I thought to myself "if she scratches my scalp I'm giving her a generous tip and joining elements". She must have read my mind because she did exactly that. Come to find out, she spent more time on me than the 90 minutes and I cannot say how grateful I am for that extra time. After my massage I signed up to become a member and received several perks. Therapist was very consensual and asked multiple times if I was ok with how and where she was touching me. The therapist had a great technique, her speciality seemed to be concentrated in the neck. I went here for my birthday a few weeks ago and I must say, I enjoyed the entire experience! I love the location and when I walked in, I was immediately greeted. This is not a low review for the massage. My massage was great, and I had planned to return. But the customer service and feeling of being taken advantage of was really unfortunate. I received a gift card for this location. The gift card was for $89 - this is the price of a one hour massage. For first time customers, the price of a 90 minute massage is $79. So that is what I booked (and thoroughly did enjoy) But when checking out, I was told my balance was $30. I explained the value of the gift card I was redeeming, and that it should cover the cost of the massage, and was turned down. Also - 90 minutes apparently isn't quite that. My massage was set to start at 2:00. My therapist came to get me from the lobby just after 2:00. I was out and paying by 3:25. Truly, I usually do not write negative reviews. But I would have wanted to know about these things to look out for ahead of time. I would have liked to be a repeat customer, but this was a back to back disappointment. read more

Front staff and therapist were both friendly. Massage was not the best or worst I've ever had. The reason for the 2 stars is the temperature inside. ITS FREEZING. Uncomfortably cold to where I was shivering. I keep my house at 69 degrees, so I like cold.. but this was unacceptable. The customer service here was wonderful! The girls at the front desk were very friendly and professional. The ambience of the place is very nice. But most importantly, my reflexology/deep tissue combination massage by Dawn was AMAZING! She did a wonderful job, and I even asked her to extend the session because my lower back was hurting, and she was working all my muscles in a way that relieved my pain and soreness. At the end of the session she even taught me some stretches and recommended some websites I could look up for more resources and information. She was so sweet to take the time to do that! Manqi is absolutely AMAZING!!!! She gave me a deep tissue massage and it was glorious! She found all the spots I knew were bad and some I had no idea about. I called on a whim one Monday because my neck was in so much pain from all the tension I carry and Manqi was available. I am so glad I went, I left feeling 100% better. I finally got a good nights sleep because the pain wasn't keeping me up tossing and turning. I booked again for the following Monday, became a member and had a 90 minute massage. Let me tell you, 90 minutes is the way to go. I've had good and I've had bad massages and Manqi is one of the best out there! They were so easy to make an appointment with only two days notice. Parking is very convenient and close even on the Saturday afternoon that I went there. But the best part was the massage. The therapist I had was Jared. He listened to what my problem areas were and addressed them during my 90 minute session. I belonged to another massage chain before but the program here is much easier to work with. No long-term contracts and cancellation is simple. They'll be my new place to go for massages. read more

The massage I had was the introductory one. I was able to book same day and the staff was friendly. My masseuse was carlee. She was very kind, but I think she may have been new. I went and got a massage today groupon has one for $42 at elements massage at LaCenterra. I was a little scared after I read the reviews on yelp they were a good mix. I've had some bad massage before and I had some good ones. The only thing I would say that I didn't like is 1)you don't go to a little waiting room that is a relax feeling, you sit up front where people walk in and leave 2) after sitting there in the front for 5 min a girl ask if I needed anything water, bathroom, wifi password. 3) the room was freezing!! And the massage therapist turn the bed blanket on before she exit. Most places turn them on before you enter so it is already warm. The lady who did my massage and I cannot remember her name Stephanie or Jennifer not sure. She was really good! Before we got started she ask me where I would like it most what is bothering me. She work out as many knots as she can within the hour plus a full body massage. She also clear my stuffy nose! We did start 6 min late but once I got dressed it was 911 (my appointment was at 8) If I go back there I will ask for her again.
