Diane is awesome! Pleasant to talk to, and skilled in massage. She pays attention to detail and my needs, never disappointed. Ask for her!

Let me start off by saying that Connie is my new massage therapist! I booked her for a deep tissue massage, and it was AMAZING! I have had a membership here for over two years, and I was about to cancel because I could not find a person that does a good job, I have pretty high standards. Three of my pet peeves are: -jolting motions versus smooth, transitioning strokes -Loud shoes (squeaky) or hard stepping throughout the entire Massage....this should not be allowed as it takes away from the experience. It stresses me out. -Talking and keep checking in asking me how it's going. I like silence, since this is supposed to be a silent and relaxing experience. Connie displayed none of these pet peeves, and I barely heard her moving throughout the entire process. I was sad when it was over! But I will be back! My search is over! She is the ONE! read more

I scheduled both Facial and Swedish/Relaxation massage. Morena was fabulous! Lots of heated towels, stones and much needed quiet and relaxation. Tina was great with my facial. She was very easy to talk to and obviously very comfortable and familiar with her technique customized to your own skin types and issues. Loved it! read more

It's lovely to hear from my friend that she was accommodated due to a past misunderstanding. She had a great time and I'm happy for her since it was her birthday recently. Lovely place and such great staff who handled everything so well! I highly recommend! read more

I have been having prolonged pain in my hip and thigh area. I had not used Massage Heights before but had a gift card from Christmas. I had a full body massage and Kelsey really helped me. She worked diligently to relieve my pain and release the muscles in that area. I was so happy when I walked out of there pain free. I felt like a new person. Thank you Kelsey for helping me!!! read more

So I scheduled a same-day, 1st time, deep-tissue appointment and everything seemed fine at first but realized it was a waste of time. I arrived about 15 minutes early just in case I needed to fill anything out. The masseuse was about 8 minutes late to get me but normally i wouldn't care because in most other places, if this happens they would just extend the massage time to ensure you get the full 60 minutes. Then I realized she ended the massage another 10 minutes early, cutting down my "60 minute" massage to about 40. My masseuse was very curt, had cold hands and either couldn't hear me or ignored me. When I asked her for more pressure she said ok but there was no change. I've been getting massages in multiple states and in multiple countries for the past 15 years and this was really not worth paying for, even if it was a 1st time discounted offer. I'll stick to Thai massages, they are always happy to see you, always make you feel welcome and always have tea and or water for you after. It's safe to say I will not be coming back. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage at this location. I typically go to the one in Vintage Park but my therapist is no longer there or on a hiatus. It typically takes me 20 mins to get there and it's by my work place. I read some reviews of this MH and people were raving about Angela. Decided to book my appointment with her. Everyone was much friendly here than at Vintage. Angela is really knowledgeable about the body and different kinds of massages. She not only did a Swedish massage for me, she did some reflexology and stretched me out as well. I loved that she was able to customize my massage. She was easy going and we had great conversations. She is an asset and I'll be definitely returning! I don't know why I didn't come here a long time ago. This location is less than 10 mins from my home. read more

I had high hopes for my first visit based on all the glowing reviews, but sadly, my experience didn't quite live up to the hype. While I was excited to enjoy a 90-minute massage, my arrival was met with a lack of warmth from the two young ladies at the front desk. The only friendly face was the massage therapist who greeted me, a lovely black woman who came in shortly after I arrived. Unfortunately, my massage with Orlando started late and wrapped up early, leaving me a bit unsatisfied. I arrived at 8:50 am but want called to the back until 9:07 am. my massage therapist, Orlando, didn't come back into the room until 9:13 am to start. The massage wasn't bad, but Orlando finished early at 10:27 am even though he started late. To top it off, he didn't even meet me outside afterward to offer me water, which felt like a missed opportunity for a more welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I hoped for a relaxing experience but left feeling a bit underwhelmed. I still left a tip. read more

Purchased gift cards for my daughter as a Christmas present, but due to her working with covid patients she is unable to use them. So I decided to give y'all a try. I was presently surprised with the service. Abby did my facial, and was wonderful!!! She was a pro and patient! I can't wait to return again! The room and restrooms are extremely clean. I love warm and lighting in the room. read more

ZERO Stars!! Literally the WORST experience ever!! This was s the SECOND bad experience both times were gifts! Because I would never CHOOSE this particular location and if the "massage heights" location weren't individually owned this entire brand would be cancelled in my eyes! But this one location in Cypress , my husband booked me a massage here for Mother's Day, they sent a text the day of just a hours before my massage appointment and canceled on a Holiday!! The assistant manager ADRIAN has the absolute worst customer service!!! Literally no sympathy or empathy shown to me when he canceled on a holiday! Being a manager I would have immediately offered some type of gesture of curtesy /accommodation for my customer when the inconvenience is due to my company or my staff! Because had I being the customer cancelled one hour before they would be charging my husbands credit card! But nothing offered to the inconvenienced mother / customer on Mother's Day, After they confirmed my appointment the day before!! It would not have been a huge deal but the mishandling of the customer is a huge no for this type of business! Absolutely unacceptable and I will be taking my complaint about Adrian further than Yelp! You don't want to waste your time or money with this establishment try another massage heights or different company in general!! The owner needs to get rid of Adrian FAST!! You will lose business if this is who you have leading your company! read more

i'm torn I'm giving a review because my therapist Angela is absolutely amazing and I don't want people to book her all up so I can't get my appointment There are not enough good thing I can say about her technique, personality and suggestions for a very relaxing massage. I have never had any issues at this location and have been going here about 1 1/2 years read more

I had a very bad experience with my 60 mins massage today. My requested masseuse who got changed last minute without my notices. She was late for 10 mins to greet me and still finished before an hour was up. I also requested for hot stone, the masseuse just put the multiple hot stones on my back without any massage. I don't want to book another massage in this location, however, I received a confirmation massage text for next two weeks on the way to home. Very disappointed my experience at this location. read more

Attending the grand opening today. I kinda missed the place as I haven't been to this area before. The staff was all smiles and very friendly and welcoming. The decor is nice and very modern. It's a very relaxing place and has a very warm feel. They don't seem as commercial as other parlors I've visited and that's what I like the most. Whenever I'm in Texas I'll be sure to visit again. read more

I enjoyed my time it was my first time ever getting a massage and everyone was so nice and I will be coming back

Horrible experience. I paid for an hour massage with therapist Eva. She spent almost 30 minutes on one shoulder and completely rushed on other parts of my body. I was suppose to receive a full body massage and I had to ask multiple times for her to attend to areas she skipped over. She also mentioned to me I was her last client while it was only 10AM and I believe because of this she half way massaged me. I literally left still in pain. It took a week later to be told I would receive a comp massage which I was thankful for however I had an emergency happen the day of and called an hour before my appointment to reschedule. Unfortunately, I was unable to because it was a comp and I was never told I would not be able to reschedule due to it being a comp. I literally paid $159 for absolutely nothing! Sad thing is... this isn't the first time I had a bad experience at this location and I was willing to give it another try because they're the closest in my area. I would never visit this location again! read more

I had a Facial here with Dee and she was amazing! Not only was the facial incredibly relaxing it was also very informative.Dee helped me pick out products to continue to care for my skin at home in between sessions.I have been following her advice and have noticed positive changes in my skin.I would recommend her to anyone! read more

I adore Barbra at this location! I almost don't want to give this review in fear that people might book her up and I won't get to see her anymore ! Lol But, I need to give her a shout out because I am a very picky massage client and she is the only one that I will go to. She does such an amazing job! She puts her all into her massages. That is so hard to find these days. Especially when these massage therapists are getting multiple clients throughout the day! To get a quality massage is hard to find. She is so thoughtful and very considerate as to what ails me. She puts little touches in the massage that show me she cares (ie. A scented cover over my eyes when I'm laying on my back, so the light doesn't shine in on them. Keeping my feet in a warm wrap while she is massaging my legs, so that my feet stay comfy.) My list and compliments could go on, but I'm trying to make this semi-short. If you ever visit this location, I would ask for her...... but don't ask for her too often. I also want to be able to get in to see her! Ha ha read more

My experience was amazing! The front desk staff were very polite and helpful when I arrived. I felt very welcome, and was pleased to see how clean the lobby was! Tri, (my massage therapist), was able to work out some stubborn muscle tension I was struggling with. I would highly recommend checking out this retreat. I can't wait to be back! read more

Great massage by therapist Dee. Firm but relaxing, very good! She is good at listening to your areas of concern, then goes to work on them, making sure you are comfortable at all times. Patrick, at the front reception desk, was helpful in answering questions and helping me find a time to come in that day, letting me know the future availability of therapists I inquired about as well. Professional staff, courteous too! read more

This is an excellent establishment. The front desk was very polite and they answered all of my questions with a smile. The place was also very clean and well organized. I felt way more relaxed the minute I walked in. My grand mom was the one who actually got the message here and she said she loved it!! The masseuse Manuel was very courteous and nice as well! I will definitely come here when I need to relax! Great service! read more

My husband and I went for a couples massage. It was the worst massage for both of us. We both left needing a message from our massage. 3 days later, and we both feel than when we got there. The massage therapists were amateurs for sure. read more

My husband booked me a massage at this location for Mother's Day. Angela was wonderful. She is very sweet and also a talented massage therapist. She definitely focused on the areas I asked her to and used the perfect amount of pressure. I really enjoyed my visit and will be back to see Angela again. read more

I've been coming to this location for almost a year, and I have been satisfied every single time. I consistently schedule my massages with Samantha - she's amazing! She listens to exactly what I want, which areas need to be worked on, and make sure to work out any knots or problem areas I have. The ladies at the front desk, especially Shametria, are always really helpful. They can answer all of my questions, or they find the answer quickly. I can't recommend this location enough. read more

i just started going regularly to get massages this year and already they have corrected my very poor posture and provided me so much relief from daily back pain. i honestly think i grew another inch now that i'm standing up straight lol. the girls at the front desk, as well as every masseuse i've come in contact with has such good customer service, i always feel right at home when i walk in, and comfort is important to help me relax! i suggest getting a membership because i love that they include elevations, i always get essential oils and hot stones. if you like deep tissue massages, I HIGHLY recommend seeing Barbara! she is hands down the best; it hurts SO GOOD! but if she isn't available, Sam and Alex are also amazing! read more

Called and got a lady-minute appt. with Kris. He was very kind and listened attentively to my concerns. I asked for medium-firm pressure and that's what I got. I had a ton of knots so it wasn't exactly comfortable but I definitely needed that firm pressure to work them out. I have one particular knot that most therapists won't get into because of location and they are afraid of hurting me but I asked Kris to, he did and now it feels so much better. read more

Great location with many wonderful masseuses making you feel relaxed and rejuvenated after each visit.

Called to set up an appointment and was able to get in same day due to a last minute cancellation. Requested a deep tissue massage to help relieve tension and stress in my back, neck and shoulders. Tri was my therapist and he did an amazing job! It was over a year since my last visit and he focused on those certain areas while advising what we can work on during my next visit. I'm making it a point to continue to take better care of myself and this is one way for everyone to do so. It's very relaxing, I was sore, but feel so much better today. I'm looking forward to my next visit and will ask for Tri again. Ask about their membership promotions as they gave the option to receive either three free sessions or free hot stones elevation for the year. I opted for the hot stones as they're one of my favs! Try it, go for a visit, you won't be disappointed read more
