I have never posted a negative review because I believe in supporting local business but, if I could give this experience less than one star I would. Had an appointment and was told to go to a different location. Upon arrival two employees were screaming at each other at the register and seemed panicked, I presume because they were told I was going to the other location. I offered to come back later, may not have been their fault, it happens. No worries. Was told, "No, you stay." I should have left. I asked to use to restroom. One of the frantic women pointed down the hall. It was a mess as though someone was living there. Shower in the corner, towels and UNDERWEAR hanging to dry. I sincerely hope this was the employee bathroom and I was in the wrong place. The toilet did not flush. I returned to the waiting area. A half an hour after my appointment I was called into the back. The room was cold, the table was frigid (but warmed over the course of the treatment.) The blanket was a thin sheet. The massage therapist performed most of the service by rubbing my back on top of the sheet, it was like being rubbed with sandpaper. I love a really good deep tissue massage with lots of pressure. I think this woman was trying to dig straight through my spine to the table. I asked for lighter pressure considering this was more of a bone on bone torture tactic. I flinched and tensed my muscles the entire hour. This was the least relaxing experience I have ever had and I have given birth two two children. While paying, she asked how it was. I said "Okay." more so to get out of there but then she became confrontational. Then I received a text from them to submit a review. Here it is- Least professional, most appalling service. Do not waste your money. read more
