Update: I purchased the monthly membership on my visit and two days later decided to cancel. What a nightmare! I emailed and called their corporate office three times, no answer. I went to their business in person to cancel. Had to make an appointment for a cancellation Phone call scheduled for a week out. Guess what? They never called! I had to call them that day and be transferred to a cancellation specialist and leave a message. The specialist was Katerina - very professional and polite. John told me Medicare will not pay for his services but my secondary insurance will. He said he would submit the payment to Medicare and after they turn it down he would submit to Aetna. I got a letter from Aetna saying they had not received the Medicare decision and could not pay me. I am trying to resolve this with John. I will update my review if I receive payment. BTW it did not resolve my back pain but I don't blame John for that. I know acupuncture is not always successful.

My husband and I were renewing our vows for our 20 year wedding anniversary- this was suppose to be in the Bahamas but due to COVID we had to change our plans. I didn't want to be stark white so I needed a little something - Alyssa took her time when doing the spray. She explained all the processes to me and made sure I knew exactly how to care for the spray tan after leaving her studio. She made me look very natural and not "fake" tan at all.
