    Disappointing experience. Service started off well. I booked…read morea 2-hour "Iyashi Signature Full Body Massage" online. Upon arrival, I was greeted and seated in the waiting area with my feet in a tub of warm water--plain water, no scents or additives. I didn't think much of it. I was given a sheet to mark my preferences: pressure level, areas to focus on, and what I did not want. I selected medium pressure, clearly marked NO stretching, and indicated focus areas on the body diagram: neck and shoulders, low back, quads, calves, and feet. I also chose the stress-relief aroma, though I never smelled any aroma during the service. Once called in, I used the restroom and was guided to a private room. The first therapist, a woman, was wonderful--attentive, good pressure, and responsive when I asked for adjustments. She started with a massage over the sheet and then added oil for my back. The first half of the service was genuinely great. Then, midway through, I heard the door open and quiet rustling. No one said anything, and I immediately felt a different pair of hands. A moment later, a male voice spoke, which surprised me because no one informed me of a therapist switch. I don't mind male therapists, but a heads-up is the bare minimum. Despite me clearly marking NO stretching, he grabbed my arms and pulled them backward while I was face down. I said "ow, please put me down." He continued stretching me in a way that felt rough and careless. When he lifted my arms, my bare chest also lifted, and he was positioned directly in front of me, which made me feel extremely exposed. When he finally put me down, I decided to just let the moment slide instead of escalating it. The rest of his portion felt rushed and inattentive--he barely addressed the areas I marked (especially neck and shoulders), mostly rustling through my hair. The foot massage was okay, but he dropped my legs down abruptly afterward. He also broke my hair clip, threw it away without asking, and didn't apologize. When I checked out, I told the front desk girl I was unsatisfied. She told me I should have spoken up during the service--except there was clearly a language barrier, and the situation made it hard to advocate for myself in the moment. I also mentioned the broken hair clip, and for that, she offered a 5% discount. Can't say I'd return. The first lady was great, though I didn't catch her name. Unfortunately, the bald male therapist completely ruined what started as a promising experience.

I was able to finally go since I had my lunch hour free or errands. I walked right in without needing to make an appointment. I'd seen this lady previously because I'm always in the plaza shopping at Rite Aid, Publix or getting my nails done so this location is extremely convenient. I was able to use their bathroom before my foot massage! I was pleasantly surprised by how clean this was - since I'm so against public bathrooms, I was so delighted! Once I came out, there was this warm concotion ready for my piggies! I was able to soak my feet for a few minutes before I was greeted by the woman I spoke to originally. She dried my feet off and got to rubbing! This was the most needed 30 minutes ever! She got to each foot then each toe and up my legs and I closed my eyes and almost fell asleep. I will most certainly come over here when in need of a massage. I'm so happy this location is as close as it is!

    Worst massage ever. I walked in looking for back pain…read morerelief, left with headaches from extreme frustration on top of the back pain. Please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I walked in and asked for one hour body massage; the lady at the desk immediately walked me in a room and got me comfortable. Then I realized the masseuse, at least I believe she is a masseuse, was also the receptionist !!! Meaning, after we start the massage, she left the room at least 6 times during the session to go answer the door, talk to people, etc..... Big NO NO Beside, she didn't have any technique at all, was going from one area to the next; At some point, she announced me that she was done. I got up, checked my watch and realized we only did 40 min and I am not factoring the multiple interruptions; when I brought that up, she was also the cashier, she said it didn't matter because the price is the same for 30 and 60 min. I mean it's $50 for 30min and $50 for 60min. I clearly stated when I came in that I wanted a 60 min session; At this point I realized there was no point arguing, beside her english was extremely limited. I left but will NEVER GO BACK. Such a ripoff;

    While I am sure their massage services are excellent, it doesn't seem that customer service or…read morecommunication is at the top of their priorities. I am 31w6d pregnant and have been in so much pain (especially due to my small frame and occupation) lately that my fiancé booked me the prenatal massage (which had limited availability since only a couple of their therapists are qualified for prenatal massages and that I was SO looking forward to even though it meant me waiting longer for proper care) in hopes of finding me some relief. I arrived maybe 2-3 mins past my appointment time to find their front door locked, though they appeared to be opened considering the lights were on and there was an iPad charging at the front desk, and their reception area unattended. I knocked and stood at the door for a few minutes before giving them a call and leaving a voicemail. After 10 mins of waiting my back began hurting so I took a seat in the seats by the elevator, after knocking again in hopes someone just didn't hear my initial knock. Called once more and walked over to check if anyone was up front/knocked a couple more times. Waited a total of 30 mins with no sort of communication or apparent activity in the office before sadly leaving without the service I scheduled, in pain and over an hour of my day and gas wasted. Very unprofessional and disappointing...

Parking is easy and plentiful and the place is clean. They offer various massage therapy options and for different durations that suit your needs. I've always opted for 90 minute couple's massage and my wife and me have left the place feeling like we are new humans - with less muscle tension and greater range of motion. I prefer a deep tissue massage and Trisha is able to understand my problem areas, and apply just the right amount of pressure to loosen those muscles. My wife prefers more of a Swedish massage, and she's told me that she has been very happy with her treatments. You can book your massage therapy online or call them if you can't find a time on their calendar. I highly recommend this place.

Additionally, the woman didn't speak much English and wasn't able to provide me appropriate change for a tip. Their staff turns over pretty frequently, but I'd prefer to stay with someone I know and like. This recent visit I had Mary, who was very good, so I hope she stays around. She did not speak much English, but that's not a problem for me. Despite being quite petite, she gives a good, firm, deep pressure massage. She was able to find and concentrate on my problem areas (mostly shoulder and hamstring). One drawback is they have a frequent user card with a free 30 min massage with purchase of 5 massages, but it's only if you buy 90 min massages. I've never seen that - every one I've seen you just buy hour massages. I rarely have time for 90 minutes. But I will return at least as long as Mary stays there.
