I love this place so much! Very sweet people greeting you from beginning to the end! Recommend!

When I have an appointment for 2 o'clock, it's at 2 o'clock. I have places to be. I have kids to pick up from school. My service provider wasn't ready 10 min after 2 so I had to leave. I have never in my life seen a service provider address their client so RUDELY. If you are late and I am upset, let me work it out with the front desk I don't need the dramatics and the "she is going through a hard time" stuff, because who isn't. And because I upset her... she threw her hands in the air and said to cancel her last appointment that was supposed to be after mine and left. Absolutely ridiculous. And I want to cancel my 6 month (4 months left) membership that I was practically coerced into and the manager won't cancel for my membership. read more

#1 disgusting. Boxes piled everywhere, dirty bathroom, massage rooms torn apart, smelled. #2 the most unprofessional staff-- not to mention not much to look at. My aesthetician didn't even show up for my appointment! I have been a massage envy member for 6+ years and I have never been in a location as disappointing as this one. I would say if this is not your regular location or you're visiting from out of town, find some place else! read more

we have been Massage envy members for well over 20 years and are now cancelling. I would say that this location is a clown show but don't want to offend clowns. The previous franchisee lied to me, the new franchisee regional manager lied to me as well. I've been trying to get them to stop debiting my account since 12/04/2025. They lie to you about freeze, freeze plus, how many prepaids you can use etc. Decided to freeze and use my prepaid (I have 8) and was told $10/month unlimited.....except now it's $20/month max two months. DO NOT join this organization! My last experience was a 1 hour (50 minutes with them) that lasted 40. Trying to check out they ignore you while the youngster up front repeatably burped and hiccuped! read more

Claudia is THE BEST Massuese in this up code. Don't waste your time at any other ME or club. Book Claudia and thank me later!! If she ever leaves this place my wife and I will cancel immediately regardless of how many massages we have left bc I'd rather lose the $ than waste an hour of my life on people that don't care. read more

Booked a 90 minute massage and it was good unfortunately only lasted 70 minutes. When I pointed this out, the manager told me it's only 80 minutes hands on. So I pointed out that I was standing in the lobby paying and 80 minutes, hadn't gone by. She then told me oh well the masseuse started early. No she didn't. Sometimes you just have to admit when you're wrong. Good Massage, but make sure they don't screw you out of the full-time. read more

Keith is a great therapist. He evaluate you first before he starts his massage and he doesn't start the clock until he comes back in and you're ready to go. He really knows his stuff and you should give him a try. I've been there in the past for facials and Irina is also very highly recommended read more

Good clean place . Pleasant front desk staff . Be specific what kind of massage you want . Go freshly shower for masseuse . Only think is the payment Process is confusing by staff trying to sell memberships . Confused me serval times with a person of same last name . Last massage comp because of this . read more

Manager is very rude. My wife should have read the other reviews on yelp. Employees communicated how the membership could be used with my wife politely, and the manager did not support her employees ( or train the properly). She told my wife about all the people she had to fire over the holiday . Don't go. She lost $180 worth of credits and got an earful. read more

I called to make an appointment for my husband and I for Fathers day on the 19th of June. I requested to female therapist. I was taken into my room and when the therapist came out for my husband it was a male and there was no female to take care of him so therefore he did not get a massage and had to wait an hour for me to finish. This was the fathers day present for my husband so it was completely ruined. I had purchased one gift card to pay for both of the massages a few days before since you had a promo going on. Obviously we were not able to use the entire balance since we only ended up getting one massage. I think this was very unprofessional of Massage Envy to schedule my husband with a male when I SPECIFICALLY asked for female. I will not be returning and want a refund for the balance that is on my card. The manager would not do it and was really rude about it and would not give me any details of corporate emails or numbers. I think both of these staff members should be fired. read more

Massage Envy is like Bally's Fittness years ago where you could not get them to stop charging you even after you quit. I cannot stop their charges. After many months of no charges, they just started charging me again in April. Unless you want to be a "lifetime member" never sign up for a membership here because they only seem to stop long enough to make you think you've successfully stopped their charges. Then out of no where, they start charging you again hoping you won't notice. Save yourself hours of effort and NEVER sign up for a membership at Massage Envy! read more

Horrifically run business and bad service. First massage was of below average quality. Scheduled second massage with a different massage therapist - they called to cancel the morning of since the therapist called in sick, and I was still charged a $60 cancellation fee. When disputed the charge, the receptionist Courtney was rude, obnoxious, abrasive and refused to refund the cancellation fee. Warning to stay away from this location. Reviews below seem to echo similar sentiments. read more

If you value your time and money, run far far away from this place. I have been a member of Massage Envy for years. Over the past year I have noticed extremely sneaky and unethical business practices on their part. I was willing to let 1, 2 even 3 mistakes slide. But when I began to reconsider my grace was a few weeks ago when I had scheduled for my boyfriend and I to have massages at the same time and I used one of my credits for him. I confirmed that this would work and would have no extra charges while I booked the appointment over the phone, 2 weeks in advance. The day before our appointment I get a call from them to reschedule because one of our masseuses was sick. Okay, reschedule for the following week. AGAIN they call me the day before my appointment to cancel because the same masseuse is still sick. Why didn't the manager ensure this masseuse would be able to work and why wasn't any of this communicated to me before I rebooked for a second time? Ok. Reschedule finally with a different masseuse. We show up for our appointment and they let me know I will be charged an additional $20 to transfer my credit to my boyfriend. Why didn't anybody inform me of this when I originally asked if I would be charged anything additional for transferring? Front desk ladies don't have a clue what's going on. Ok. Pay the fee. Fast forward to this week. I have 2 credits again so I call to schedule and tell them I'd like to transfer my credit to my boyfriend again for our massages. They tell me no problem with that and book our appointment. We show up today and the manager informs me I cannot use my credit for my boyfriend because in the contract it says you can only transfer once every 6 months. Why was I not informed of this when I booked our appointments letting them know I would like to transfer my credit again? I asked if there's anything they can do for me since I was not informed of this when booking. She tells me there's nothing she can do even the owner doesn't want to help. Ok, so now my boyfriend either has to pay $125 PLUS tip for this massage or he has to sign a contract and pay $75 plus tip today and then be forcefully charged $75/month for a year after today. This is the absolute worst way to conduct business and as a business owner myself I am appalled at the sheer lack of concern for customer satisfaction. These are only two small examples of the mistreatment I have received from this horrible company. The owner barely speaks English and when I asked her to please refund me for a credit they wouldn't let me use she informed me she cannot help me and that I can talk to corporate but they will not help me either. Fantastic. Really want to applaud this place for being the worst company I have ever come into contact with. I mean it's really impressive to be this unprofessional. The only small glimmer of hope I will mention about this place is the actual masseuses and estheticians because they have nothing to do with management and really do show care for the customer unlike the rest of the company. I will be getting private massages from now on because Massage Envy is a greedy sneaky immoral company that is incredible at scamming their members. Please read the reviews before going to this place and you will find many like mine as well as countless class action lawsuits filled against massage envy all over the country because of these unethical business practices. read more

I visited this location for a facial with Sandy. She is a great esthetician! Knowledgeable and experienced. I've had a few appointments with her already. After examining my skin, she suggests the facial I need, as there are a handful of options. My skin ALWAYS looks amazing when I leave. She is super sweet, and I am grateful for her input when it comes to my concerns about aging. She also turned me on to the Jan Marini products. Love love love! They have worked very well for me. Slightly expensive, but the results are worth it. I have a busy schedule ... I only wish I can see Sandy more often. She really is amazing! read more

Worst experience of my life - I called to move my girlfriend and I's massages and once we arrived they let me know that they only moved one of them (aka a mess up on their end). They then proceeded to charge us after not showing up for the 'initial' appointment (that they said they moved when I called) and then also charged us again because my girlfriend didn't want to do a solo massage as we were planning to do them together. Do not go here!!! read more

I've been a member for a few months and very happy with the benefits. I booked two appointments ; a massage and facial. I don't like to complain, but honestly this was the worst massage and facial I have ever received. I was there early for my appointment and I waited on the therapist. We started 10 min late and honestly it was more of a "cupping of sheet kind of massage". I remained positive and waited to see if she would actually massage with pressure. No. As for the facial, she had me update paperwork and information in the room which took from the experience. When I asked her if I could do it later she said no, and then I told her the front did not ask me to update anything. I tried to remain positive, hoping for the best but the facial was basic. She didn't explain what she was doing, or tell me the analysis of my skin. She seemed frustrated. Overall a horrible experience. I asked to speak to manager, which I did but she walked away and I had to go pick up my kid. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

After my very first time coming here after my massage was over I got talked into buying a membership. I asked what the cancellation policy was and if I could cancel whenever i needed to (I would never PURPOSELY agree to a paying 65 dollars for 12 months for massages) and they told me yes of course I can cancel whenever I would like. It's been two weeks and I decided i should just cancel it because I'll never use it every month. I call back and am told i "agreed" to paying 12 months and have to pay and there's not way out of this contract. Was forced to freeze it for 6 months and will still have to pay all 12 months even after the freeze is complete. They said the only way to be able to cancel it is if you move somewhere that's a 25 mile radius from a massage envy OR if you can give them a DOCTORS NOTE for a reason why you have to cancel. So many regrets. TURN BACK NOW read more

Have had good and bad experiences. I've been a long-time customer of Massage Envy in general, and and spend about $4000 a year . There is an adage "the customer is always right" and recently I had a viable complaint And I've written to this particular location twice, and got no response... Ignoring is one of my pet peeves, especially that I pay so much a year and services to Massage Envy's... I will never come back to this location and I'll stick to Garden shops I had a similar complaint once at the garden shops, and they rectified it UPDATED: I took this locations advice and contacted corporate who did NOTHING except tell me to contact this location. I told them I already did! Nothing. I will NEVER return to the soanish river location until they rectify the issue, and will lower my rating from 3 to 2. read more

There is is one therapist here who is absolutely amazing. If I give the name away I will never be able to get an appointment. The girls at the front desk are great. Meghan is wonderful ! So nice to be greeted with a genuine hear warming welcome and smile. Because of this location I signed up again. Thank you Spanish River !!! Over the yearsI have had 2 Massage Envy memberships in the past at the one in Mission Bay in West Boca and I've also gone to the one in Central Boca in the Garden Shops. The employees at the front desk are beyond rude and the therapists were terrible. Almost like they never received proper training or just got out of school. The Massage Envy is in the Garden Shops is right across the street from me. But because of the professionalism at the Spanish River location and the fact I found the best therapist I go out of my way to drive 8 miles to go to Spanish River. read more

If your looking to book with Massage Envy DON''T go to the Boca West Massage Envy location . Chronic front desk booking issues and extremely rude staff. They are so cheap the location doesn't even stock hardly any products like all the other Massage Envy locations do. The Spanish River or 441 Massage Envy locations are professional and caring locations. Boca West Massage Envy just wants your money. Stay away! They charged my credit card for $2,700 unused visits for my family and when one of us got Covid and nearly hospitalized they charged us again for notifying them too late they said. We were kind and asked please work with us on this and don't charge us? The girl (Crystal) at the Boca West location was rude and must have zero customer service experience to act so rudely and unprofessional to us. Our large family have all had memberships at the Boca West Massage Envy location since 2013. When we asked them to please understand when you have a 103 fever you don't think straight and sorry we didn't cancel in time. After asking questions that is when we found out we had accumulated over 35 unused visits amongst our large family that all have memberships at the Boca Raton Massage Envy location. Meaning we have given the Boca West Massage Envy location $2,700 for services unrendered. They are greedy, unprofessional and do NOT care about your well-being. Needless to say we are canceling our memberships. Very rude, arrogant and ignorant management to forfeit such a large family with memberships. Again, I do recommend the Spanish River and 441 Massage Envy locations highly. Again, our recommendation is to stay far away from the West Boca Massage Envy location. Lastly, we did ask to speak to the owner and they refused. They wouldn't even take our call to speak to us about this petty, unfortunate and unnecessary situation. read more

I came in to massage envy last January with the gift card. I ended up buying the membership and it is the best self care that I have ever committed to. Sabrina at the desk is so helpful and polite. I used to just book whichever masseuse had an availability with my schedule but the past couple of months I've been going to Keith and I'm never looking back. He's super helpful, he set up the app on my phone because I couldn't figure it out. He is always adjusting my massage according to my needs and shows a lot of range as a masseuse. Best massage always definitely recommend if you are in pain or just need to relax. Very professional

On my visit, there were young women at the reception desk laughing hysterically. I felt like I was interrupting, trying to be helped. I'm shy but polite. Once I got their attention, the girl kept insisting I should get deep tissue, which I kept declining. I can only assume that because of my size, the girls thought it would be funny to pair me with the shortest masseuse there. Sure enough, the day of the massage, it was for deep-tissue. The girls were all giggling. I explained I didn't want deep-tissue yet again but was told no one else was available. This shop is super unprofessional. I'll never go back to any massage envy. read more

I am not a spa snob. I am, according to some of my favorite Yelp compliments, a "modern day new millenium JAP (shortened for Jewish American Princess)" and I have no shame in enjoying last season's Coach bags or spa services for CHEAP. Sign me up for a 60 minute deep tissue full bod massage for only: wait for it wait for it $39 Mani/Pedi's down here are ridiculously overpriced starting at $35 (shudder) but massages are where you get some bang for your buck. Massage Envy - Massage Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

I am a bit of a spa snob, massages in particular .. so maybe others would rate higher. i tried the East Boca location out a few weeks ago on the intro offer of $39 - super cheap so wasn't expecting that much. They ask you on the phone what type of massage you want ... I asked for deep tissue. Massage therapist I get tells me, Sorry I won't do deep tissue so you will get a Swedish massage instead. Well, that was a bummer and let down - BUT kudos to front desk staff for offering me a second intro offer on next visit after hearing what happened. Went back recently for second time and did receive a deep tissue massage. Place is very simple, not much decor or ambiance. Decent place for a straight forward and simple massage - nothing really fancy about the place or services offered. They do have a membership plan they try to sell you on- not hard sell though, which I didn't pursue. read more

I was a customer and I paid a monthly subscription. I got busy and did not use it for 5 month and when i wanted my massages, they wanted me to pay for membership, even though they owed me 5 massages I already paid for. They only take cash for tips, so come prepared! Massage Envy is fine if you "need" a monthly massage and don't want to pay a lot. It's a no-frills type of place. You can hear doors banging, and the front desk staff is so-so. If you sign up for a contract, make sure you read it. You are committed to an entire year. Once you find a massage therapist you like, you should be fine. The problem is, there not all great. I think I'd prefer to go to a nicer place less often and pay a little more. read more
