Jessica is able to find all the right spots to work on. She can tell when she hits a muscle that's tight or knotted (I'm always thinking it's amazing that she can tell the worst spots without me telling her!) and gives those areas extra attention. Over the years, I've been to four massage therapists in the area and all have been beneficial, but for my preferences Jessica has the perfect mix of a serious deep tissue massage (a "good hurt") while still feeling like a treat. I am plus size (5'7 240lbs) and this place was plus size friendly. When you make the appointment, they ask for your robe size and shoe size. Those will be located in your locker when you get walked back. They will give you a warm towel to wash your hands as you walk and it feels lovely! The lockers are easy to use. There are two toilets and a shower. This area is fairly small, however I never ran into anyone. You can undress as much (or as little) as you want. I get rid of everything but my underwear. Then you will go to the holding area. It's a very beautiful and relaxing area. There is water (flat and sparking) and some small snacks. Your provider will come get you from that room. Both times I have been here, my providers (male and female) have been very polite, friendly and respectful. The massage was wonderful! I felt amazing afterwards!! When you are done, they bring you back to The holding area and you can stay there as long as you like. The only reason I took a star off is because I had received a birthday promotion email and this was not automatically taken off at the desk. I didn't notice until I got to my car. So make sure you show/tell them at check out!! Overall, this is a nice place and I would come back
