90min massage with Rhonda was 10/10 ! she kept great pressure the entire TIME. Rhonda was very professional gave me different tips on how I should massage my body shoulders and back also in some places I didn't think that would make my body feel better, as in my feet she suggested to massage my feet more. she made me feel comfortable. My therapist must smoke a lot bc it's all i could smell and after i left my skin still smelled like a combination of cigarettes and mint. The mink I'm Assuming the mint was to cover up the cigarette smell. I really wanted to leave the massage early but didn't want to hurt his feelings. I went here for the first time today and had a great experience. Cara did my massage; she was very friendly and made sure to ask a lot of questions so that she targeted the right areas on my back and shoulders. Tina did my facial and she was great. I made another appointment to get a chemical peel done by her next month. She explained a lot to me about my skin and didn't try to over sell anything to me or encourage me to buy things I didn't need. This place is always relaxing and all the therapists I've experienced have been professional and accommodating. I fully recommend Josh for a good and thorough massage and Julie for the best deep tissue ever. She was able to release a lot of tension and it was the deepest massage ever. She says she works mostly on very muscular men (military and such) so she did her version of medium strength on me, and I thought she was going to push me through the table! Ok this placed renewed my faith in the massage envy chain. I told myself never again would I go to a Massage Envy after a bad experience in Arkansas, but in a pinch I needed a massage to help with some IT band issues. The front desk receptionist was soo nice and knowledgable unlike what I had encountered before at a previous location. When I got there I checked in and had a seat then the receptionist came over and explained to me the process. Huh that was new and unexpected and I liked it. The front waiting area was calm and inviting. They have serene music going throughout the entire business which gets you into the relaxation mood. I was met by my therapist and we went back to the room where she was very attentive towards what needed to be worked on. The massage was 50 minutes even though they advertise 60 which might be their policy, but it was explained to me that it is only 50 minutes of hands on time. I would recommend this for people who get frequent massages because it is a very good price. read more

I've been using this massage envy for two years. I have never had any issues. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. It takes a while at massage envy's to find the right masseuse. I prefer deep tissue and Christina does a great job every time. For facials, I've used Tina and she has always been super helpful in suggestions for products and my skin is looking and feeling better. They've done a great job with COVID precautions and I've never felt unsafe. read more

They do amazing massages abs facials but DO NOT GET THE CONTRACT. There is NO way out of it unless you move a substantial distance from any location. When I fell on hard times I had to pay them instead of feed my family until after 6 months of fighting them about it they finally over rode it. read more

Great place to go and relax. I've been a member for almost a year now and look forward to my massages. The people are nice and friendly. However sometimes I go a couple of months without so I can extend my massage time. The only cons that the business have are that they don't have a sauna room or jacuzzi to unwind in before your appointment. Also it would get good to have them offer wine or juice. Especially for the price of the membership. Also the add ons are overpriced. I guess this is just something all the locations have in common. Overall they are neat and clean and I'm a relaxed customer when I leave. read more

I found the best massage therapist of my life here and I just found out she's moving next week! I've had mediocre experiences at other massage Envys, but this one is great. Front desk staff is friendly and very accommodating. The only down side is the music store next door. Never had a massage prior to coming here, but my honey purchased the membership for me and now I have had 5 massages from different individuals. I wanted to check out all their styles. My absolute favorite is "Cynthia"! The membership saves you money on additional massages or facials. They have "all" been friendly! The front desk is so very helpful and managers on duty will greet you sometimes! I just love it !!! The sugar foot scrub is $10 extra dollars but worth every cent. It takes ten minutes of your 1 hour or 1 1/2 hour massage if you purchase it but goodness it's awesome!!! Great place and nice people... What's not to love. read more

Just bought a membership here yesterday :) I absolutely love it here! The front desk staff are so helpful and sweet. They explain to you step by step what will be happening and get you to fill out a form to get you a customized massage just for you! My back needed it the most so she made sure to really get into my tension areas there. Have heated tables though I never used it because the blankets were so fuzzy and warm already. Scammed! My daughter paid for a massage including tip as a thank you gift to me. When they call to confirm and again at the beginning of my appointment, they confirm everything is paid including a 20% tip. When my massage is through and after they try to sell me a membership, I am told there is some kind of mistake and I owe additional money plus the tip. They just understand the mixup. The money is not the issue; the scam is the issue. read more
