Asked her to concentrate on my shoulder & she did exactly what I asked her to do, normally you ask a masseuse to do that & they'll do it for a minute or two & move on but not this lady . It's OKAY. Pretty high price for a mediocre massage. If you're looking for something more professional, head to a salon or day spa. The masseuse was friendly and concerned with the amount of pressure and such. There was just a lot of elbows and a lot of pinching versus rubbing. I don't know, strange way a massage I have never encountered. Oh and conveniently their card system was down, the whole thing wasn't even powered on, they 'showed' me to prove it wasn't working. Well it has to be plugged in doesn't it? Anyhow.. I didn't have enough cash so they want to keep a personal possession such as I.D. While you leave and go to an atm to get cash. Not cool. I really needed a foot massage so I purchased a one hour foot massage. I'm thinking I should've gone to a reflexologist because I was so disappointed with this so called massage. This was more just putting oil all over my feet and calves back and forth with no real pressure. I wasn't even relaxed it was uncomfortable and I couldn't wait for it to be over. Two star was given because the lady was nice and the place appears to be clean. This just wasn't what I needed or wanted so needless to say I won't be back. If you're looking for an actual foot massage go elsewhere but if you really want your feet oiled real good go to massage energy lol! Waste of 35$ read more

Wow! I feel great! They were able to get me in 30 minutes after I called, which was super convenient. Most of the time, I consider this a bad sign, but they are still relatively new. I'll be honest and say that I wasn't sure about this place toward the beginning of my massage, but upon the start of the foot massage, it kept getting better and better! If you're modest, skip the body massage (or keep your underclothes on) because she didn't hesitate to move the towel around without keeping my backside covered. And forewarning, they will kneel and stand on the table, sometimes right over your head which was quite unexpected, but considering how much better I feel, I don't care! After a $15 tip, total cost for an hour was $85. I'll be back! (...with an appointment this time.) UPDATE: Visited this time without an appointment. Didn't need one, but still highly recommend this place. It's very important to note that this is DEEP TISSUE and it hurts! I booked a couples massage for my boyfriend and I, and I'm being 100% serious when I say it was awesome. I got a deal on Groupon, and called ahead to make an appointment. One of the girls was sick so they had to push us back an hour, but we'll worth the wait! We did the oil body massage with hot stones, and scrub. Just had an enjoyable body massage. Feel really refreshed after a 5-hour road trip from Austin.

I have been twice for a massage it's satisfactory, not spectacular. When I read that someone was able to get in same day I am shocked! Every time I have called it has been two weeks before I can get in. I've even asked to be put on a cancellation list but told they don't do that so golly it must just be someone else's good fortune to get in like that. I had purchased my daughter a gift card prior to my second visit and am now finding out she can't ever use it because her only day without kids and with child care is on Fridays and that is for members only. Obviously, I wasn't told this at purchase and there is no signage stating such or I would have never purchased the gift card. Repeated calls to find a time that works for her haven't gotten her scheduled yet so I think we will try to sell that off to someone else and go to another spa/massage therapist. She's very frustrated and I'm equally aggravated for her. I have given gift cards to others for here so that won't be happening again. I also got the feeling after my second visit (which was more like a rubdown than a massage) that since I wasn't a regular customer or a member that I would be treated a little "less". This is no Burke Williams but if you want reflexology and a Thai massage (deep tissue), this place is awesome! It's a bit pricey compared to what I'm used to in Houston but it's definitely authentic. I got the combo (30 min reflexology and 30 min massage w/oil) for $70. read more
