At the end of the massage she used her phone to take a picture of me without my permission to show me how "buzzed" I looked. As a physician who has had patients, colleagues, and a family member die from COVID, I found this profoundly ignorant and saddening. Also, I learned why there are many 5-star reviews: Melissa stands over you and tries to coach you through a review before she leaves. I wish I had lived with my neck pain and gone to a professional.
