The Charlottesville location was no exception. The folks at the front desk were super nice and efficient. Every therapist that came and met their customer was polite and cheery during their greeting. My therapist, Holly, made me feel at ease and was attentive as I described the areas I was experiencing issues. She did a great job of locating the difficult areas and sensing the "depth" of massage I requested and needed. At the end, I felt like all the kinks has been worked out, and that Holly had really paid attention to my responses and sore spots. Again, if you would like more frequent massages that one can afford, this is the place to go. For me, this is comparable to any place I've paid $100. It is not quite as intense as a massage at a chiropractor, but I'm sure ME could deliver a deep tissue Swedish massage with nearly the same effects.
