This was my first time at this spa. I booked a 90 minute Integrated Swedish Massage that cost $155…read morewith Vincent online, which was easy to do. He was the only masseuse available for the time I needed, I didn't have a preference. Parking can be a little limited if looking for free, but there's 2 paid public parking lots on the other side of the railroad tracks which is only a short walk away. They had a walk-in that ran late so the room I was going to be was occupied so I had to wait about 15mins past my appointment time, but the receptionist was kind. There's a room that's in the lobby area, which was mine and I was nervous about how loud it would be because there was also work being done on the railroad tracks which are right next to the building. They quickly turned over the sheets when the appointment before me was over. The overall massage was good, Vincent had different techniques than what I was used to that helped with my trigger points. I'm not sure if he ran out of time though or if this was just his style but he didn't massage my arms or neck area when I was laying on my back. He did spend a long time on my back though which was helpful because that's where most of my tension was. I also liked that he didn't do the exact same thing on each side, it felt truly customized to where my tension was and what my body needed. He used hot towels too, which were a nice touch to help relax my muscles. He also provided me some neck stretches I can do to help release tension. They have a lot of masseuses to choose from both women and men. Overall, I enjoyed my massage!

I took supplements and exercised, but my bones didn't improve, and my arthritic pain increased. I consulted an osteopath who tried acupuncture, orthopedic surgeons who gave me injections and sent me to PT facilities, but nothing helped much. So imagine my surprise when my last bone density study showed an increase in my lumbar spine! I was amazed. I did some research and found that therapeutic massage can increase bone density and my MD concurred. I have been seeing Chase for three years and now I find that he hasn't just been relieving my arthritic pain, he's been strengthening my bones as well!

I don't write reviews often but this visit warranted one for sure!…read more My boyfriend booked a massage for my birthday and I was looking forward to help with tension and soreness between my shoulder blades (and who doesn't love a bday massage!) and I definitely got that and more. Chase's fingers were like magnets that found tension and melted it away (at one point about 45 mins into my hour-long massage I felt a knot suddenly dissipate which I've never felt before, despite having had 50+ massages from other clinicians prior - high praise!) If you've ever had a massage where the therapist just KNOWS where to focus and intuits what your body needs, you know what I'm talking about. This was it. Chase also used warm stones and cupping and blading which he showed me prior to starting the massage. The background music started as a pop mix and transitioned into relaxing beats (if you have preferences for a different genre, let him know beforehand). Chase was knowledgeable about the muscles that were hurting, telling me what they were as well as a possible link to allergies - an unexpected but appreciated bonus of the visit. The practice is well-named, relief is definitely what I got and I'm very grateful. Will be back for more.

We were greeted warmly upon arrival and directed to the lockers to get changed, and then out to the relaxation room where we could help ourselves to hot tea, treats, and ice-cold water. We were early for our appointment, so we had a little time to enjoy the mountainous view from the windows by the fireplace. Our massage therapists greeted us and led us to our massage room from there. The massage was incredibly soothing. Once our massage was complete, our massage therapists offered us celebratory champagne which we accepted (obviously). Before departing, my husband and I returned to our respective locker rooms to utilize the steam room and sauna. It took me a minute (and a trip to the hostess desk) to figure out that I had to turn on both rooms myself as they were on timers and were not automatically kept on. Once I figured this out, I was able to fully enjoy what the rooms had to offer. We were sad to leave but have already talked about going back! Maybe next time for a facial!
