I have had a lot of sports massages, deep-tissue massages, trigger point massages so I have a very clear vision of what I am expecting from a massage and my massage with Sarah has to be one of the best experiences. She was recommended to me by a family member so I made the appointment-which was super easy to do! Sarah took the time to really understand where I was experiencing pain, catered the massage based on what she found so that I could get the most out of my time with her. To me a massage is like a relationship... Your masseur can either read you and can work with you or not... and for me, Sarah works! I came to her for a prenatal massage at 28 weeks and she was able to work into the sacral pain I was feeling and helped me with some knots that have been building up with the extra weight I'm carrying. I requested a firm hand as I wanted something that would actually work and I'm definitely feeling it now a day later... In all the right ways. She gave me some tips on what stretches to do at home to manage the trigger points and I've already reached out for a follow up appointment. Looking forward to the next time I have a treatment... and yes, I say treatment, because her work helped me with my pain points. Sarah is hands down the best massage therapist I've ever had work on me. She's more than just a relaxing day spa massage but she really works on your problem areas and wants to heal you. Her cupping techniques have even helped with tension and problem areas. She really knows what she's doing and where the trigger points are. Six months after having bilateral breast surgery I went to visit Sarah, hoping she could give me some relaxation, and relief from everything I had been through. Her magic fingers are amazing!!!! After my time with Sarah I was feeling stress free and very relaxed, plus she took away some of the pain I had been experiencing. Sarah is an AMAZING massage therapist. Both my wife and I were huge fans and felt great relief after our sessions with Sarah. I prefer a real deep tissue massage to help work out all of my knots and usually I keep asking therapists to go deeper. This is not the case with Sarah; she is able to maintain high pressure for the entire massage and even had me wincing at times.
