Typically if a place is to open at 10am the staff would show up 15-30 minutes before the first appointment to unlock the door and set up. The website also says to arrive early to fill out paperwork... Someone called me at 10:20am, but I was already back home and scheduled an appt. elsewhere. Also, the location/door is not clearly marked and not in the best neighborhood.

She was friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I am the first person who will tell someone to shut up when I'm trying to relax and that it's super awkward to try and make conversation during a massage, but we ended up chatting pretty much the whole time, between my random questions about my back and digressing to other topics. You might think this would make for a distraction, but she was great about communicating pressure and areas to focus on, I left feeling so much better. For real, go see her. She's pretty much a magical angel with so much knowledge about fixing all the weird knots you got going on.

We got a couples massage through a Groupon and had no issues booking it. The place is located in a…read morelittle shopping strip. The ambiance was alright when walking in, they asked how hard you want the massage and what areas to target and then they bring you to a room to undress either with your partner or on your own. I did notice my sheets were a bit dirty but looked passed it. The massage was average. I didn't hate it but didn't love it- the couples massage includes hot rock treatment to ir which was nice. The reason why I'm scoring low is that at the moment of checkout they are so pushy for a tip. I told them how much I wanted to tip and they kept switching the number on me and not hearing me out u til my partner said yes to the number they wanted. Overall I would look somewhere that's a bit more hygienic and professional when listening to their customers

I had my "masseuse" come in, and attempt to flirt with me to leave a bigger tip ($90 massage with a $20 tip) she then proceeds to kiss my cheek and it's just fuc*ing AWKWARD from then on. I understand that it's a MASSAGE PARLOR, but these women try to use their "charm" to make the experience more enjoyable but it just was NOT IT! Got way too fuc*ing close to my genitalia etc etc it's ironic because they have signs that say not to solicit for sexual favors when they try to sexually arouse YOU! It genuinely felt like I got sexually assaulted. CLOSE THIS PLACE TF DOWN.

My boyfriend and I were excited to do…read morespontaneous massages and had a great experience at "Super Massage" off Alameda and since we were in the Westminster area, let's try the place named the same thing and we should expect similar experiences. We were completely wrong. We walked in and were immediately ushered into our separate rooms. It was incredibly dark and there was no real greeting or conversation about what any focus areas should be. Then I I noticed that on the bed was all but a small towel that was to be used to cover myself while the massage was going on. Did I mention it was also dirty and stained? The masseuse comes in and just starts the session. He does a lot of pressing while the dry towel is on me but no actual massaging. Eventually, he draws back the towel, adds an excessive amount of oil and hardly massages. It honestly felt more like a back rub. I could go on, but ultimately it was a terrible waste of $70 ($60 + $10 tip) and 60 minutes. All it gave me were additional knots and funny stories to share with my boyfriend who was in the next room having a similar experience.
