Worst company ever! If you want to sit and wait over 3 weeks for this company to show up and do work they promised to do and have them never show up then this is the company for you. They are the biggest joke ever. They are unreliable and liars they say they are going to come do work and never show up or call or text or email NOthing! Just a big waste of time and frustration and to think I was willing to pay $500 for a yard cleaning and sign up for weekly mowing I was even going to have them install fence in the backyard and pave my patio! I won't even give them 1 star to these hacks ! It doesn't take 5 minutes with a chainsaw to cut thru a 4" tree. They are working on a neighbor's property. But also decided to cut another sample made 2 inches think and you could tell the chainsaw needed to be oiled and even with the window closed they were way to LOUD! I've been to Metallica shows that weren't as loud. Last year they ended up blowing my neighbor's lawn debris into my yard and house cause I had left my windows open on a hot day. But when talking to the employees about the mess and noise from today . If was talking to an arrogant little teenager who thinks their funny. If I had to choose between these hacks and prisoners on work release. I would choose the prisoners on work release . Don't trust any of the positive 5 star reviews,I read them all and it looks like they either got paid for a good review or they are bots giving good reviews. These guys maintain the property next to my house and consistently think that their day is done by blowing debris towards my yard. I've emailed the company with no reply and when confronted the crew just leaves. We don't really need any used scratch tickets or rubber gloves. Thanks Clowns. read more

Almost three years have passed since this company installed a lawn on my property. It still looks crappy. In the front of the house the land is uneven and there are many circular areas where no grass grows. Most of my lawn is at the back of my house where it is exposed to full sun all day. Grass growth is sparse here and there are many brown patches. Here also there are many empty patches. I hired Lawn Doctor for two years to take care of the lawn. This year I hired True Green. I do not see any improvement in the lawn. It rained a lot this Spring and Summer. So this problem is not related to watering the lawn. Grass grows well near the fence where there is shade for half of the day. The same grass does not grow well away from the fence. Last Summer I complained to this company. I never heard from them. I suspect that instead of applying sun loving grass seeds this company applied some inferior quality seed mixture. I wasted close $9000 on this job. 7/27/2022- I am still using True Green. The lawn looks worse this year. A visitor told me that the loam may be of poor quality. It does not seem to retain moisture. read more

I regret to say that we didn't end using them for our landscaping needs due to their lack of follow through and inadequate communication. We went with them initially because their quote came in the lowest and I was impressed with their knowledge when they came to take a look. However, they took forever to send me the quotes and it wasn't for all we had discussed. That really wasn't so bad though- it was really their poor communication. When we committed verbally they would just text and want to come out that same day. So I rearranged things to make that happen and then they never showed up and didn't call or text to inform me. I was left hanging for days- not cool. We are back to the search for someone reliable now. read more
