I originally picked High Tide because I liked the name but once Taylor came by for the estimate, explained the process and timeline, I knew I was going with High Tide. It's a busy time for roofs so Taylor touched base with me often to check in on when we could expect him and his crew, when they could deliver supplies, etc. If I had any questions, Taylor was just a text away. This is a very genuine company, super professional and thorough with their work. The crew worked hard on a hot summer day and did a very thorough cleanup afterwards. I was also excited to see the exhaust vents flashing was updated and painted to match the roof!! What a nice surprise! What a great roof and an even better company.
