I understand that people make mistakes, but when they do not stand behind their work, it is not acceptable. I will not be using Sergio again for any jobs big or small. I sent him the photo, and again I got no phone call back. I got no promise that anyone was going to come out to clean it. Nothing! This is sad. His communication skills don't seem to be in evidence. He doesn't take care to make sure his employees do things correctly. Even I know you don't lay a chain saw on concrete or bricks without something to catch the dripping oil.

I was having major drainage issues with removing surface water fast enough in my backyard which was pooling water next to the foundation. I called several places I found on Yelp on a Saturday afternoon during a heavy rainstorm. To my surprise he picked up the phone and was out the same day to walk the job and propose a solution. His pricing was competitive and his service was exceptional. When I was ready to move forward I called him on a Thursday afternoon and asked when his team could begin work. They were literally out to my house the next day and wrapped the job up Saturday morning. This was all a few days before Christmas too! The prep and cleanup was all included.
