From the very beginning, Anita at the front desk set the tone -- always kind, helpful, and welcoming. Her warmth made every visit easier for our family. The nursing team -- Sonia, Navraj, and Kim -- were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my dad's comfort and to keep us informed, which gave our family tremendous peace of mind. The CNAs -- Rohit, Manpreet, Uma, Gerliza, and Kamalpreet -- cared for my dad as if he were their own family. They handled everything from feeding, bathing, massage, and cleaning with patience and respect. They also made my mom feel incredibly welcome and supported. When it was time for us to bring my dad home, they took the time to teach my mom how to care for him confidently and safely. Their kindness made a difficult transition so much easier. One of the chefs in the kitchen also went above and beyond by teaching my mom how to prepare puréed food for my dad when he could no longer eat solid meals. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much to us. The case managers were organized, responsive, and always willing to help us navigate the many details involved in my dad's care. And I want to give special recognition to Eric, the Manager at Niles Canyon Post Acute Rehab. Eric was consistently supportive, approachable, and deeply committed to ensuring my dad received the best care possible. He listened, followed through, and made sure our concerns were addressed promptly. His leadership created an environment where staff felt empowered to provide exceptional care, and families felt heard and supported. Overall, this rehab facility provided not just medical care, but genuine human kindness. Our family is deeply grateful for everything they did for my dad and for the support they offered my mom throughout his stay.

Kimberly in admissions was incredibly helpful getting us started. Bambi (Director of RN) and Tammy (lead RN) have gone above and beyond helping coordinate my mom's discharge, along with Eric, the social worker, who's made a stressful process so much easier. Ciya, the physical therapist, and her team have been amazing -- making sure my mom gets PT and OT five times a week, which has made a real difference in her recovery. The facility itself is light, bright, and spotlessly clean, and every staff member we've encountered has been friendly and caring. We're so grateful for the whole team here.

When we went in we were greeted at the reception area with a Covid protocol check and waited for the representative to assist us in our tour. She took us around the facility, in gliding the common areas, pool, a model unit and the open units that were available. She as very thorough and answered all of our questions and then had us stay for lunch to sample their restaurant. Our impressions were that it was a top notch facility. No red flags or things that seemed out of place, and the residents seemed truly happy to be there.

While touring we missed the lunch service and the team in the kitchen was able to accommodate us anyway. The Marketing Director Jeff Katz was amazing in explaining the details for moving in, initial fees, monthly rates, etc. which were considerably reasonable compared to other CCRC we toured. Our experience with Jeff was a stark contrast from other communities we toured. Jeff was honest and genuine. Looking forward to bringing more clients to this community.

It creates a safe and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. It is a facility where professionalism, teamwork, and compassion are clearly prioritized. It is a place where I would be honored in pursuing employment after completing my clinicals. During my clinical experience, I felt encouraged to learn and was consistently supported by staff who were willing to share their knowledge while maintaining a strong focus on proper patient centered care. Having a grandfather with Parkinson's disease deepened my understanding of the importance of patience, dignity, and compassionate care; values that Creekview consistently demonstrates. I am truly appreciative of the professionalism and empathy shown by the entire team, and I would feel very confident entrusting my own family's care to this facility. Overall, Creekview reflects excellence in both care and workplace culture.

If you are looking for a place for an Alzheimer's, patient to have a long-term care, this is…read moreprobably a very good solution. If you're looking for short-term skilled nursing, I'm not so sure. I brought my mom in here to recover from major surgery. They screwed up the medications for the first 2 to 3 days until I came in and sorted it out myself. And if you're doing this, just be aware, that if the hospital transfers a patient, it can take them a minimum of 12 hours to get the medication to their facility, but no one will tell you this. So as a result, my mother who is suffering from extreme pain due to major surgery, had to wait almost 12 hours for medication because once I realized what was going on, I had two traipse to her house and procure some myself. And even once I thought we sorted it out, they still kept forgetting to give her some of the meds she was supposed to have for her eyes. It was eminently frustrating. They treat everyone like a dementia patient whether they have dementia or not. This is a material problem for people who do not have dementia. If someone is trying to recover from something, it means they will not get the attention, exercise, etc. that they need to actually recover. They'll be told to stay in bed and not move. Not helpful. They are shortstaffed on skilled nurses for the facility. There's basically one per shift and that is the only person who is allowed to do much of anything other than very basic stuff. Another material problem in my point of view The facility itself is very nice, clean, with a variety of separate spaces that are all well maintained. The food was high-quality. There are enough people around that you can feel like at least someone is always on duty and attending to the needs of the residence. Everyone who works there is delightful. To be fair, they listen to my concerns and tried to rectify and respond in a timely manner. If this is considered one of the best of the best, I'm alarmed for what that means for my own old age. It was OK. Like I said, if you're using it for long-term Alzheimer's support it's probably fine.
