We would recommend them highly for your roofing project. Thank you Sean!

I cannot believe I never left a review!…read more I reached out to ARR when my previous roof repair company found it ok to not answer my phone calls or emails. Their loss and I will now always be calling Sean and ARR for repairs ( even though my garbage HOA should have to repair the roof since it is a shared roof). When I called Sean he was very professional and was able to come out within the 24 hours to see what needed to be done. He showed up on time and was very thorough. He provided me with a fair estimate, and detailed everything that needed to be done and why. After accepting the estimate, we scheduled the repair job, which was within the next 48 hours. The repair went off without a hitch. Very pleased with the outcome. If I have any say when the HOA goes to redo all of the roofs, I will petition to have ARR do it!

He came and did a great job. He works mostly alone so it probably takes longer than most companies but it was well done... until the paint (seal coating) begin peeling in spots where we park on the driveway approximately 4-6 months later. Steve has been scheduling to come repair the driveway now for approximately a year (or probably more) but has failed to do so. With that being said, I definitely I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone for fear of they have a problem they would get the same treatment as I.

We had an outstanding experience with RHI Roofing from start to finish…read more We replaced our entire roof, due to the age of the existing roof. Patrick (sales) was great and so helpful. He took the time to explain our options and the process, then provided a competitive quote. He was knowledgeable and addressed any concerns we had. Brandon, as the project manager, was fantastic. He was in constant communication with us and advised what was happening on a detailed day to day basis. The workmanship of the installation team was outstanding, and the crew paid close attention to detail while keeping the job site clean and organized. Numerous neighbors commented that they had never seen a roofing job that was as organized and as clean as ours. The new roof looks fantastic and I have every confidence in the quality of the installation. The company also provided great followup, including several inspections including a final walkthrough to make sure any remaining debris (nails, etc) were cleared. I highly recommend RHI Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, honest, communicative and skilled roofing contractor. Thanks to all involved for a job well done.

I highly recommend using Bellcast Construction. They did a professional job from start to finish…read moreat a competitive price. The first impression was positive with Dave scheduling an initial consultation quickly with their on site Manager Angel. Their office provided the scope of work and price in a short period of time. I was out of town for work the day they called to say they'd be there but they provided excellent photographs of the work they did. My flat roof over my carport area had leaks and an insect infestation in a few areas around the edge of the roof. They replaced these areas of wood and photographed them for my peace of mind. They subsequently photographed each sequence of the roofing application and layers. They were quick to get the job approved by city permitting, quick to get it inspected by the building department and provided the photos and permit to me promptly. It was a relatively expensive home repair for my budget but their professional service really put me at ease knowing the roof is structurally sound, no longer leaking and free of the insect infestation. Feel free to message me if you would like to contact one of their customers as a reference.
