When you decide where to take your bike, think of the 'trust-factor' when making your choice. When you ride, you MUST have TRUST in the team/shop that wrench on your bike. Why? Because it's YOUR LIFE when on the road! You must have TRUST & CONFIDENCE in the mechanic(s) working on your bike and with the owner (Wausiman Borges) overseeing that all work was being done CORRECTLY and COMPLETELY, and giving me updates as to what's being done and why, I put my faith in his processes. Besides the standard B-Service, Wausiman (owner) and his crew did additional servicing that needed done (and I agreed to) to make my bike not only run like new but look like new as well because of their washing/cleaning following the work. From Valve gasket replacement to valve adjustments, to changing spark plug, to new brakes to all fluids, and even returning my Caribou bags to their dark-black original finish, I was totally satisfied with every aspect of the work. Unfortunately, the team didn't seem concerned about the issue or interested in taking responsibility. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about bringing an e-bike here for repairs. I waited three weeks for the repairs, only to realize that my e-bike was no longer functional. They claimed the electrical system had never worked, even though I rode the bike to their store using full throttle.
