They were prompt to give me a verbal bid. They wanted me to buy the drip edge needed and told me what to buy. After several weeks I called them and they had forgotten about me. They did eventually come to do the job and charged me $100 more than their verbal bid. I said this is more than your bid. He said it took longer than he thought and it's virtually a lifetime guarantee on their work. When the rains started I was finding some leaks from the drip edge into my shop. They came back once to try and fix the problem. The leaks continued. The next time I called he said he was puzzled why it is still leaking. He said they needed to look inside the shop to see where the water is getting in. After a few weeks and no call, I called them and left a message. I didn't get a call back so after a week I called and left another message. No call back yet! I wouldn't use them again. read more

Excellent customer service. I contacted them to see if they could direct me to a source for 5" gutter caps. The big box stores only carry 4", and he immediately said he had a whole box of them and would give me the three caps I needed free of charge! WOW!
