Pretty outrageously priced - hear me out…read more Hookah lounges sometimes charge covers for entering which in cincinnati isn't unreasonable if you put the cover towards any purchases, basically turning it into a minimum. Charging a 60$ cover and then not having any of it count towards purchases isn't a great business plan. It creates for a one and done atmosphere - we stayed the one time because a group of us gathered but I doubt we will ever come back.

This is the ONLY picture that existed of Valley Tavern on the internet. It was on google images. I saw it and thought - ok this place must be cool if this guy works here right? But then thought - oh man it would be so disappointing if we walked in and didn't see this dude. HIGH expectations here. All four of us walk in ... NO JOKE DUDE IS THERE BEHIND THE BAR - CIGAR IN HIS MOUTH AND ALL! We thought - there is no way in hell this actually happened. Like what are the chances? That means this guy would have to be here on a Saturday at 1pm smoking a cigar at the exact time we walk in and HE WAS. We died laughing and ordered a round of beers. Turns out that's not how they do it here. Someone at the bar bought the entire bar a round. Cigar guy tells us when we try to pay it's taken care of. And asks if we want another on the next guy who's payin'. We are floored and then the guy at the bar cheers' us and I say I feel so bad - please let us pay - we are doing a bar crawl and I feel bad I cannot return the favor. He just replies - cheers lady, go cats! (I'm wearing a bearcats hat). *Side note: Friends ordered 2 Jameson's neat before this - friend has a $10 bill and a $20 bill. Like elbow to elbow packed. We had to clean off our own table and then it took 10 minutes For our server to come over and wipe our table and serve us. She did forewarn is about the food wait time being 30-40 minutes. We were there to watch football so that's was fine. There was 4 of us, and we all ordered wings and got an additional 2 sides. No joke, the wait was 45 minutes. Then to make it worse, my chicken wings were so cold when they finally came out that I sent them back, which is something I hardly ever do. Then less than 3 minutes later, the server comes back with my wings, so I am sure they just threw them in the microwave and called it a day. I will give this place 3 stars, however, because this is not my usual experience here. They have great food and the service is usually decent. I usually order the honey bbq chicken salad which is amazing (but absolutely not healthy lol), and I highly recommend it! The wings I ordered today were subpar, although usually they are very very good. Like I said, definitely a hit or miss location and restaurant. If I could leave a -1 star review I would. Ok I'm the first…read moreto tell you that I'm not keyboard warrior. But I'd give this shop -1 stars if I could. I've been a couple times and the owner has not necessarily been pleasant a single time. However I don't care about that much I was just there to get my vape and get out. His vape selection is limited compared to others in the area. He's centered around tobacco specifically. I went in and bought two vapes.. when I got into the car and went to turn the vape on the airflow fell off. I took it in he popped it back on and proceeded to hit it and get me a new one. The second one my SO opened when they got home and it immediately started blinking when hit. I called and asked him if I could send the vape back for a new one. He proceeded to try and mansplain to me how to turn the device on and off again and that he has never had any issues and now I have two. My thoughts exactly. Nice observation. After he took this tone I told him I knew how to troubleshoot and it didn't work and if he'd please trade me out for what I paid for we would not be back and he would not have to worry about it. He said "if you're never going to come back why would I be nice to you." I said word I'll leave a review. I do as I say. Don't waste your time or money. There's better people and vape stores.
