They refused to reset the system on the basis that it is a consumer based locking system. AB Lock was the Company that picked and installed the remote system in issue for commercial like Airbnb use with no budget restraints put in place. They should stand behind their work and make sure a system that is a year or so old works. File under poor service and no follow up and a company that does not stand behind their work.

I brought this issues to the owner. He failed to recognize a problem as this is standard procedure. if this is standard proceed I will look elsewhere in the future for another electrician.
