Someone did come to the door, saw me, but didn't even bother opening it to say hello. After waiting another 5 minutes, nobody came back. Just completely disrespectful.

Absolutely outstanding service. The day before we were set to fly out of the country my husbands…read moreglasses broke in half (literally snapped at the nasal bridge). The bridge was too fine to tape or glue securely. We chose Fielmann's as they were walking distance from our hotel and opened early. When we arrived at 0900 they we're bustling. Despite this, staff was super friendly, helpful, efficient and accommodating (obviously my German is rudimentary at best ie. nur ein bisschen). We walked out 15 min later with new frames which fit my husbands lenses to perfection easily at half the price we were expecting/willing to pay. Can not thank this optician enough! Vielen dank!!!
