Absolutely outstanding service. The day before we were set to fly out of the country my husbands glasses broke in half (literally snapped at the nasal bridge). The bridge was too fine to tape or glue securely. We chose Fielmann's as they were walking distance from our hotel and opened early. When we arrived at 0900 they we're bustling. Despite this, staff was super friendly, helpful, efficient and accommodating (obviously my German is rudimentary at best ie. nur ein bisschen). We walked out 15 min later with new frames which fit my husbands lenses to perfection easily at half the price we were expecting/willing to pay. Can not thank this optician enough! Mein Kind und ich wurden nicht beachtet. Wir wollten die erste Brille für mein Kind kaufen, aber niemand hat uns beraten. Davon mal abgesehen, ist das Sortiment an Kinderbrillen sehr dürftig. Es gibt nicht viel Auswahl und kaum moderne Brillengestelle. Wir haben diese Filiale total enttäuscht verlassen und die Brille bei einem anderen Optiker gekauft, wo wir sehr gut beraten wurden. Ich kann Fielmann leider nicht empfehlen. read more
