Everything was exceptionally fresh. All of the staff was very friendly and very attentive, we never went without water or bread and had opportunities to ask questions, we were treated very well (we were wearing very casual street clothes as it was quite hot in Antwerp at the time) and exactly like everyone else (they were some pretty fancy people there :D). We thoroughly enjoyed speaking with the chefs who you could tell very much loved their work. I would totally visit again!
