When I arrived, the place was completely empty and the employee was not busy at all. He had not even started my order. He checked his phone and told me it would take another 6-7 minutes, but I ended up waiting about 15 more minutes. What concerned me even more was the food preparation. I watched the employee take prepared meat out of the refrigerator and handle and pull it apart with his bare hands. The whole process looked very unsanitary. When my food was finally handed to me, I opened it immediately and discovered that it was not my order at all. Instead of two chicken shawarmas, I received plates of rice and meat. The employee then told me he thought I was a different customer, even though I had already clearly given him my name. After approximately 30 minutes of waiting, my actual order still had not been prepared. I asked to cancel because I did not have another 15 minutes to wait, but he refused and tried to convince me that the incorrect food was "similar" to what I ordered.
