Jenna does some type of black magic - the lift looks so beautiful for long past the 8 weeks it should. My lashes always look so long and I've had many with no damage to my natural lashes. Jenna is equally as talented at lash extensions - as my style has changed throughout the years, she's changed up my lash sets from dramatic doll eyes, to long wispy cat eyes, trendy wet sets, and even switching up the color of the extensions to suit my hair color and tan (or complete lack of tan). The hostess was friendly and efficiently reviewed the schedule, finding me a walk-in mid-day appointment. The team seems to work well together to provide a pleasant experience. Their spa chairs seem to be superior to my usual walk-in spot. They have a good collection of nail colors, and Ms. Anna gave an applaudable foot massage. My hair stylists was very difficult to understand and she showed me color samples and asked what i thought matched best to the picture (which was very strange to me) and even when i pointed to the color, she went against what i said and it turned out horrible when she started to dry my hair. I ran to the bathroom really upset because i wanted to go darker for my wedding and my hair was destroyed. Her and another girl both said they had to put toner in my hair and i told them i wasn't comfortable with my hair getting even more messed up. Bianca told me that this was her work and she didn't want me to leave until it was fixed. I was guilted into staying. Her and another girl DIDNT put toner in, they put a really dark hair dye in and it turned out a really dark brown color (still had a red tint to it). Bianca and the other stylist assured me when i agreed to stay that I wouldn't be charged for the mistake. After Bianca blowed dry my hair i was still upset and we walked up to the front so i could pay for my hair cut that i was still willing to pay for. They tried to charge me after saying i wouldn't and when i said i refused to pay for her mistake and it not turning out to how i had asked, she accused me of this being my plan all along and called me cheap. I never posted this because this was right before salons shut down due to covid and i didn't want it to reflect on the salon, but they should be very particular of who they hire in a salon located in cascade that should be nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and apologetic. They ended up charging me $60 for the hair cut for just a trim because Bianca told them to. My hair was medium length and she didn't cut off very much, but i didn't argue it. I'm very disappointed in the service and definitely hope they replaced Bianca with a better qualified stylist.

I've also had them color my hair, do my mani and pedi, as well as my eye brows and have always had a very pleasant experience.
