This place is amazing - whether you're a seasoned boxer or never boxed in your life. Peter is a great teacher and so is everyone else who instructs any of the classes. The community of people who train here are very supportive. This gym doesn't feel like an establishment that is trying to just make money. Peter genuinely cares about your progress and your growth as a fighter. Everyone is always trying to help you get better and stronger. If you are looking to learn the art of Muay Thai/BJJ - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They said I had a month to continue using my membership until that month had ran its course so I showed up to a few more classes and one of the last classes I attended, I ended up talking to this woman who apparently was the owner (I didn't know that at the time.) mentioned instead of canceling my membership that we put it on hold. She sent me a link to my phone, but I never really filled it out because I knew I wanted to cancel my membership and I Just didn't wanna be rude in person. I ended up getting charged for another full month so I called them and asked them what was going on since I had canceled my membership and they told me the last payment I paid was it. Then they tried gaslighting me saying that I still have one more payment to make and then my membership is canceled I told them that last time I was on the phone they said I wouldn't have to make any more payments. They said there was miscommunication, but I really think that because I'm a young woman they were trying to take advantage of me. I mentioned the situation to my dad and he felt it wasn't right and decided to show up to the establishment himself and once he did, they got back to us an hour later saying that we were right. But this was after I was on the phone with them back-and-forth and having them trying to say that I still owe the money, blah blah blah, and that because me and her talked about putting my account on hold they didn't actually cancel my membership, which doesn't make any sense. I never signed anything saying I wanted to put my account on hold once it was canceled. I received confirmation which tells me the first time I canceled my membership. They didn't actually cancel it, even though everything was in person and signed by both me and another team member. The staff was nice and the classes were OK but the management in this establishment is ridiculous and definitely fraudulent. I'm disgusted by the way Kavitha is running this business. Memberships are over $100 a month so that's a lot of money to just take out of somebody's account when they already had it in place that they were canceling. If you wanna try title, don't go to this location.

As previous reviewers have stated, it is nearly impossible to cancel your membership. When you call the location to cancel, you are given an email address. Despite emailing the right address for months, I never received a response. Each time I tried to call to follow-up on my request, I was given the same email address to contact. It was incredibly frustrating. Despite repeated emails and phone calls, Title continued to charge me monthly. I finally had to file a dispute with my card company to rectify the situation since Title egregiously dropped the ball. I'm frustrated and a little upset with Title. I enjoyed working out there but trying to cancel my membership has left a sour taste in my mouth. I would never recommend Title to friends or family, and I will never consider signing up for a membership with the company again.

Upon arrival the staff was really nice and friendly. The young lady at the desk offered me hand wraps and asked which color I would like. Picked the color I wanted and got ready for the class. The class was a good class, because I was able to burn a lot of calories. At the end of class the instructor asked my friend and I to stop at the front desk to ask us about our experience. After we gathered our things, we stopped by the front desk, and had it in our mind to sign up for more classes. As we got to the front desk the instructor said your hand wraps are $10. I didn't appreciate being told the wraps were a fee after class was over. I should have been told that when they were offered to me. The $10 fee is not the problem, the problem is not being told about it until the end of class . I felt the was being deceitful. When I addressed it with the instructor, I felt like my concern was being brushed off. I went home thought if I wanted to still sign up for classes, I were going to after my friend and I discussed it. I changed my mind after receiving a call from the gym. They asked how was class, I said it was good. But I address my concern again in reference to the wraps, and I felt like it was being brushed off again. I work in customer service and I know how customers should be treated. All they had to do was address my concern head on and let the staff know that they should make sure that they let customers know if they have to pay a fee for items or not, and it shouldn't be told after you give someone something. My mind is made up know I will not be attending anymore.
