The team he sent was professional, knowledgeable and skilled. The installation went perfectly. They cleaned up the work area better than they found it. One of the technicians even made a custom door dor the filter housing and labeled it with the dimensions. Who does that? Clerico Heating and Cooling that's who! When he replaced the joists he only put 9 so I had to call for him to return with the other joist. He never told me when he received final payment that he only replaced 9. Additionally, putting only 10 new joists left the decking uneven and the decking is popping up. He was hired to make my deck safe, I am not a contractor, I am a single mom and I feel very taken advantage of. After being so dissatisfied I checked what others would charge for the same work and it is 1500 on the low end and 3500 on the high end. (NOT in the report from the building inspector! TY George from Pillar to Post!) So, I needed to replace the water heater, which had probably never been drained/flushed since it was installed. Did not know anything about these except what they should cost and that BLP&B were recommended installers in the Rinnai heaters we had researched. Because of the supply chain issues, we were also apprehensive that it might take a long time to achieve. But not only did they come right over, they got the exact model we wanted and installed it within a couple of days. They also took care of the required township permits and explained everything perfectly, and adjusted my faucets so the showers would not stop partially towards "hot", which matters when you are short... as water cools as it falls! And having hot, not tepid water cured the dishwasher's "issues" too! We will use them again.
