Most of the younger staff are getting good training. I didn't much care for the advice of the financial investment banker, who expected we would have lots of money to invest. I wouldn't listen to the advice of others on this site who dealt with one of the tellers rather than one of the bankers. Katy, who has problem contacting them by phone, should call the branch. All of the banks out there that have multiple branches will have a hard time getting good and well trained staff. They should try to figure out who knows what among the staff. Robert

Mallory the bank teller led me on a wild goose chase. My mother passed away, left the key to a…read morelockbox. I show up with the key and Mallory tells me i need a death certificate. I come back later with a death certificate and she tells me I need to petition the probate court to get access to the lock box, even though I am the executor of the will, have the key and my Moms death certificate. As a result of Mallory not knowing her business, I wasted a day while mourning, running around and accomplished nothing, while being no closer to knowing if the lockbox contains information on my Moms burial wishes. As a 20 year customer of citizens bank, I am extremely disappointed that the bank would employ someone with no knowledge, say nothing about her cold and careless delivery.

Was told the account was purged from their system?? A request to send the information to the Executor has been ignored despite providing them with a death certificate and Probate Court Notice of Appointment of Executor.
