They are a South Carolina inspired bbq and they did not disappoint!! I tried the bbq chicken, tri tip, and brisket and everything was awesome!! My favorite was the chicken, they smoke it for 5 hours and use both dry and wet rub. It was flavorful with nice texture and mouth feel. Not dry or over seasoned. The tritip hit more like a traditional brisket and the brisket more like pulled pork, but high notes all round. Of the sides I tried, between the potato salad, coleslaw, and fries, the fries were the star of the show!! I shared the platter with 3 other adults and a toddler and we were all impressed!! The service was lightening fast, and even the herbivore toddler loved the meat! This was truly a pleasant surprise and well worth a gander!!

It's a quant place, pretty busy but a lot of employees and quick service. The food was ok, not too much flavor and my turkey BLT only had one slice of turkey so couldn't even taste it. I was disappointed for such a large sandwich with yummy fluffy bread to only have 1 slice of turkey. My husband ordered the chicken BLT salad, again he said he was ok, nothing special, not much flavor. I also tried a chocolate chip cookie and it was yummy! So if you are looking for simple, fresh tasting food, and are ok with it tasting kind of bland, I'd recommend. I'm def more of a Jersey mikes lover when it comes to a good hearty sandwich!

It might be my fault for not looking at the bottom before taking it, but I really shouldn't have to check to make sure my pizza isn't burnt to a crisp. We were here on a Monday during a busy lunch rush. Normally, I am understanding of this if the food and service were good, but this was not the case! The service was also awful. The woman working at the counter was so snarky. I asked how big the tacos were to determine if I needed order 2 or 3. She wasn't friendly at all! I get it, there was a line behind me, but I didn't need the attitude. The cherry on top was how the tacos took 20+ minutes to come out and they were cold and unseasoned. Unfortunately, the steak tacos were mid at best, and pretty pricey ($3+ per taco). Several tables had their orders missed or forgotten as well.

Okay.... Around the 15 min mark we went in and it took at lease 5 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Someone asked why I was there I said a pick up order they said they'd go check on it and never came back. 10mins later I talked to another server who said the same thing-- Left and never came back. Finally a third person asked me if I'd already been helped and when I said yes they just walked away. I eventually just left. 15 mins later they called me to tell me my food was ready. I don't understand why they make such a big deal about going to ask the kitchen how long the food will take only for it to take double the time than the kitchen said. I originally thought it was a one off but when we went back today it was the exact same experience. It's the most odd experience and you will walk away feeling like a burden to their service. I don't think we'll be back despite how good the food is.
