we wanted to use A and M sons for a total house clean out project for our grandmother, and had…read morecalled last week when shopping around for reputable companies to use. the woman was extremely helpful and nice, and understood that it might be a long project as there are only 2-3 people helping on this project as well as we have full time jobs and will be working on mostly weekends. the pricing was very reasonable considering keeping it for longer than 14 days. because of her help, we decided to use them. anyway, we called back today to schedule the dumpster and the same woman we had spoke to last week was sketchy, to say the least. she abruptly transferred us to her "boss" who was EXTREMELY rude. we explained that we had been told that it was okay and asked why all of a sudden it was not, and he said "you are not keeping my box for 3 weeks" and "if it takes you longer than 3 weeks to clean out a house you're doing something wrong" and did not even allow us to speak to him at all. if he had the patience and was not so rude, he would have heard that we were ok with a 2 week limit and would go ahead and use them. too bad, you lost a customer, and i am sure not the first or the last unless that wonderful attitude changes. total lack of empathy, lack of patience, and lack of customer service.
