I was blown away when I stopped in at the selection of not only Trollbeads (more on that) but interesting items. There was a huge assortment of antiques, new crafts, cards, books, vintage furnishings - you name it, I think they may have carried it! But, back to the beads - Karen came over and she was just incredible. She clearly knows her Trollbeads and a total newbie like me learned so much from her probably less than an hour, it was amazing. Not to mention the huge selection. And, the really affordable prices on many beads that you just won't find anymore. I found Karen to be so helpful and charming and honest. It was a really nice customer experience and I highly recommend visiting Twice Told Tales for anyone in the area. Plus, the downtown is really nice with an assortment of quirky stores and restaurants (and plenty of parking). It really is a hidden gem!

First, I love that they have free non perishable goods outside for people to help themselves as they need it. The shop inside is very cute, they have a diverse selection of books inside a cozy space. I liked how it was organized, enjoyed featuring of local artists work, including cards and bookmarks. Prices were what you can expect from a smaller book store, nothing incredibly expensive and overall a good deal. The drinks they made were fine and some were very good, but one of the more memorable cocktails was the Manhattan Transfer, which was very strong and pleasant. I also liked The Hive. It was light, citrusy and just simple. My friends and I were surprised that everything was so reasonably priced that we ended up trying all the cocktails on the menu and a few local beers. You can curl up and read a book there if you want! They also offer blind book dates - the books are wrapped and labeled with the genre with some fun goodies that come with them. I stopped by here on my way back from a dr appt and when I had searched for "used bookstores" on…read moreyelp, it didn't even pop up! I actually found the location on Apple Maps. I was extremely satisfied with the planner sticker section. Some of those stickers are $15-$20 per booklet and these were 2$ each.... Granted most had a few stickers missing... nonetheless a great deal. They had a card section for all occasions and my only complaint is that the cards were rather thin!!! I also liked the washi tape section -- many floral options and they even had sets available (maybe included in pictures). There is only 1 entrance despite many doors to the outside and it is a little musty inside ... but I expect that from a used bookstore. Large children's book section and large Christian book section... and then just about everything else can be found here as well. Parking is adjacent to the building and had a handful of spots available for patrons and then hardcovers are often less than 5$ in this store. I will definitely be back! Thank you!
