When the owner of Sunshine viewed the house she immediately raised the price to $550. $550 from $375 is more than going up slightly. I was stuck - we needed to start moving that weekend and there was no time to arrange another cleaner. The only thing extra I asked for was for her to vacuum and wash the garage floor. All the bathroom mirrors were left streaky and a few days later I was standing at the stove and noticed the control panel was completely dirty. If it shows up in a photograph - you know it is much filthier in person. Considering the price was raised by almost 50%, I would have expected perfection. And this job was far from that.
