When the owner of Sunshine viewed the house she immediately raised the price to $550. $550 from $375 is more than going up slightly. I was stuck - we needed to start moving that weekend and there was no time to arrange another cleaner. The only thing extra I asked for was for her to vacuum and wash the garage floor. All the bathroom mirrors were left streaky and a few days later I was standing at the stove and noticed the control panel was completely dirty. If it shows up in a photograph - you know it is much filthier in person. Considering the price was raised by almost 50%, I would have expected perfection. And this job was far from that. Certainly not a company I would recommend or ever use again.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!…read more These guys bought License to Wash from original owner/operator Josh. Josh had ALL 5-star ratings and did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my pool cage are deck. So I called him again when I needed more work done, only to find out he had sold out and moved west. But one of the the new owners, Blaine (brothers Blaine and Ryan bought the business), gave me a quote of $575 to clean my pool cage, pool deck, and the ceiling of the lanai area, or $950 to include the driveway. I chose the pool area items only. I asked him to look at the job, but he said that was not necessary. I waited a month for them to arrive, and when one Ryan showed up he said Blaine did not include the pool deck or the ceiling in the quote. After a while I became frustrated and asked him to just leave off the deck and the ceiling and give me a fair price for the cage only. He dropped the price $50 An insult! Bait and switch in its purest form! He said he would do it for $475 if I paid cash, presumably so they could pocket the money without paying taxes. (I might add that they originally offered to cut my $575 quote to $525 if I would pay cash, presumably for the same reason.) This is the first time I recall being jerked around by a service provider in Ocala. I just noticed that these guys now have a 3.7 Star rating as opposed to the 5 Star rating Josh consistently enjoyed. No wonder. (Read reviews) Their truck also says "Paul's Power Washing". I presume they are one and the same. License to Wash isn't what it used to be. What a shame. I am very frustrated at this juncture. I never write reviews, but this one is your warning: DON'T MESS WITH THESE GUYS!
