Other services charge you by the hour. I will come to your home assess the job and give you a free, reasonable fixed price quote to clean your home from top to bottom on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. What this means is that no matter how many hours it takes me, I will stay till the job is done and your house is fully cleaned.
I charge much less than large cleaning services with a lot of overhead - and yet I clean better than most of their top tier cleaners (I know this because I have worked for many of them). My price is less simply because I only have to pay myself. They have to charge much more in order to pay the cleaner and still pay themselves a tidy profit. I charge 30 to 40% less than they do and you're getting the crème de la crème when I clean your home!

Basic Cleaning - Dust all surfaces, mop and vacuum all floors, clean bathrooms and kitchen, disinfect all counter surfaces, polish all faucets, vacuum all upholstered furniture, spot-clean walls, dust/wipe baseboards, clean door facings and cabinets, dust tops of doors and more.
Deep Cleaning or Special Organizing - Scouring ovens, microwaves and dishwashers, scrubbing baseboards, inside window washing, blind cleanings, cleaning and organizing refrigerators, food pantries, cabinets and closets, and more. [Houses that are overly dirty or haven't been cleaned in a while and bathrooms and kitchens that need deep scouring to remove built-up grime and discoloration or stains, can be cleaned the first time on an agreed upon hourly rate or set price. Thereafter, once I have whipped them into shape, we can do a fixed price for all subsequent cleanings.
