I needed an MRI of my shoulder. I went on a Wednesday, and after an hour, the tech was having trouble getting clear images, even after many attempts at re-positioning. She was very apologetic, and asked if I could return on Saturday to have another tech try. The staff were very friendly, so I decided to reschedule. I made an appt for 12:30. After waiting 30+ minutes, with no sign of the patient before me finishing up, I requested my referral back and left. I should have trusted my gut the first time and not rescheduled. Will not return! read more

This is a lovely place to get an MRI. The office is well-run, appointments are easy and quick to make, and the staff is very professional and friendly. The waiting area is tasteful and comfortable, but you don't have to spend much time there. The rest of the facility - including the bathroom! - is bright and cheerful. Staff takes the time to explain what is going on, and they are gentle and patient. The technician who delivered my contrast (I had a brain and spine scan with and without contrast) was excellent - no discomfort! The technician performing the scan asked if I wanted ear plugs (yes!) and they even had soothing music to play (if you wanted it, which I did) from speakers in the machine which is a great distraction from the tapping sound that goes with an MRI. I can't say enough about this place - the only thing I can imagine that would make it better is to serve cold cucumber lemon water in the waiting area, and then I'd think I was at a spa :) read more

Do not go to this facility. The front desk staff are obnoxious and childish at best. At the worst they are obstructive and delay care, refusing to replace defective disks and refusing to cooperate with doctors offices. Perhaps they are just stupid. The coup de grace? Their radiologist doesn't seem able to read MRI images. Both doctors offices were amazed that the report did not reflect the MRI and we all had a laugh at how ridiculous the front desk staff were. My wife was scheduled for an open MRI here.She is known to have anxiety and panic attacks whenever a MRI is involved.However, that wasn't the case here.The facility was very clean, the people were attentive and professional and very courteous.If we could give this place more than 5 stars we would.I would highly recommend this facility to anybody who needs an open MRI. read more
