I have been a patient at Right Weight for a few months now and have recommended more than 4 people here. The last time I came in with my mother the older gentelemen was completely rude and ridiculous when it was time to pay. It seems that the staff was arguing with the ups man I believe and everyone was pretty much mad and upset and he decided to take it out on their patient which was me. I left and now I am here today because I brought another relative of mine who is also on a weightloss journey and I went in with them since I was going to get my half shot lipo which you can get every week but before I signed in I was helping her with filling her paperwork (I told the receptionist that I know I am not allowed to be in the room with her.) and the same older gentlement that was rude to me last week came out into the waiting room stating that I had to go and wait in the car in front of everyone there and everyone was just as shocked as I was. I then of course just walked out. I can't believe how unprofessional and rude they can be in this office. I have talked to the Doctor there before and she is so sweet so kind and very knowledgable nothing to do with her staff. The other MA's have also always been very nice and kind as well as helpful but this old man need to get his shit together and learn how to treat patients! I started to go to that place about 3 weeks ago. They checked my blood pressure and weight first, then asked me if I want to get appetite control pills (21 pills in a bottle) with b12 shot ($70) or Lipo shot ($85). I chose the pills with Lipo shot which they say good for fat burn and also b12 included. After taking that shot and pill I felt energised and less hungry. The pill made me thirsty, so I started drinking a lots of water, then started chewing gum because I can't just keep drinking water and keep going to the restroom every half an hour at my work. And also I haven't really eat lot of carbs and stopped eating dinner. I have lost about 12lb in 3 weeks which is amazing. First I think it was rude for the other young lady to just walk up on me in the middle or trying to sign in. The entire MA staff was just sitting and lounging in the front lobby I don't know if they were waiting for patients of trainees in pink suites.(very scary) , Second when a patient has questions and one if fumbling all over this answers please don't take offence when one ask to see the Doctor for clarifications... There is no way in the hell I was going to let the young lady stick me and she couldn't even explain the process. Even when the Nurse Practitioner came in she had an attitude because questions were being asked, Well one thing I do know is this is my body and my money and with service like that I knew in my heart this was not a Dr. Gupta Offices (I asked and the Nurse Practitioner said Dr, Renuka Gupta has retired). I've been coming to this Right Weight Clinic for a few months now and i've lost 20 pounds so far. My total goal is 30 pounds total. The medical assistants try to move as fast as they can, but everyone is on to this place now so don't come if you're really in a rush to get out. Sometimes the line will be out the door. Its a very easy process: fill out medical forms, be seen by doctor, get pills or shots and pay. The cost can vary due to what you want to pay for, but I always get the $85.00 plan. This price is very reasonable compared to some other places that charge $250.00 or more. Believe me I've tried a few and this is the best price. I do recommend this place if you need to lose a few pounds because coming here really help me in weight loss goals. read more

I called ahead to get their timings as a new customer for Saturday morning. They said come after 8:30 am. I asked what time they close and they said 1 pm. I drove an hour and a half to get there by 11 am only to find out they refused to see me because the new customer time window is 8:30 am till 10:30 am. I told her I wasn't aware they won't see new customers after 10:30 am as no one told me that when I called... (think about it, why would I drive an hour and a half out to the clinic IF I KNEW that the new customer window closes at 10:30 am??) I tried to reason that I'm only half an hour later than the time and I drove out so far so please reconsider but all I got was a big fat "NO MAAM YOU WILL HAVE TO COME BACK". There is no reason she couldn't see me if she cared and took responsibility for HER staff not telling in the first place and having me drive out. You do not want to be taking pills and injections from people who don't care about you and WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN ACTIONS. because if something goes wrong with your health because of their carelessness they will just show you out the door. Think about it before going. I'm sure they offered discounts for good reviews because speaking to the customers that were there said that the treatments don't work too well and the doctor and nurses themselves are extremely overweight. I had looked at other reviews that said there is usually a line out the door so I planned to arrive as soon as they opened at 8:30AM. I pulled up around 8:20AM and there were already about 6 people waiting outside for the doors to open. I stood there for less than a minute and an employee came and let us in. I walked upstairs and signed in and I filled out the new patient paperwork. As soon as it was 8:30 they started calling people back. It was a very speedy process and I was called back around 8:50AM (WOW!) Once called back I had my weight taken, vitals, and thoroughly explained the pricing and my options. I even asked in-dept questions regarding the process and was politely answered. After that I sat down with Dr. Eveline Ane and she answered any further questions I had which made me feel great and confident. I really like the fact I got one-on-one with her! Then I paid, and got my blood work done and I was out the door by 9:30AM. Once I left the rooms and got out to the waiting room it was PACKED! about 20 people, then there was an over spill room packed as well as people waiting on the steps. This was previously Dr Guptas office many moons ago when I was last here and the office was unorganized and the wait times were AWFUL. Fast forward to this morning, the staff was efficient and knowledgeable and POLITE. I arrived as a walk in 15 mins earlier than the time I was told to be there. And guess what? I was accomodated!! I couldn't believe it. I was checked in and waited maybe 7 mins before I was taken to another wait area for about 4 minutes (I didnt even have time for Snap chat) I was called into the treatment room and spoke with a young lady briefly. She took my weight and blood pressure, she asked a few questions, poked me in the arm and I was on my way. I wasnt even there a full hour!! Before I'd spend HOURS in this office when it was under different management. I highly recommend this place. I've been going to this clinic for years off and on. The customer service definitely has improved and the price point is the best in the area. You get three weeks of meds and a basic b-12 shot for $79. I've gone to other weight loss clinics that charge more. However that's where the pros end for me. The fact that you can't make an appointment and have to walk in is frustrating. Some days you have to wait up to an hour before being seen. The waiting area is the size of a matchbox with limited seating so you're forced to stand. Also idk who the distributor is for their meds but they simply do not work. I follow the diet plan to a tee, exercise and haven't lost one pound in 1 month. I haven't gained either so it's more for maintaining a steady weight. The pills have no kick for me. They do bit suppress my appetite and I'm wondering if they're truly phen. I've since found another place, even though it's more expensive I can actually see results with the meds. read more
