His hours are pretty good for they go late in the evening/night. I had slight difficulty finding the office on my own but a quick phone call to him and he directed me in. As I approached he was standing outside waiting for me or catching some fresh air. The incubator office space is cute clean and efficient.. the location is nice you could actually make a day of it since it's centrally located near the Power Plant amongst eateries, shops and the harbor. The whole process took about 30-40 mins for paperwork and fingerprinting. Definitely recommend his services
