I specifically asked to keep my hair long, but she kept cutting it shorter and shorter. I repeated how I wanted it long, and she responded by cutting it shorter and saying to trust the process. The layers are uneven and the cut is absolutely chopped. I look like an egg with a bowl cut. She charged twice the normal rate according to other reviews, and proceeded to put words in my mouth, saying I requested it this length when I repeatedly emphasized I didn't want it cut any shorter.
